Above budget hotel standards!
We stayed here from Wednesday to Sunday and had breakfast included. We had three rooms booked, and after reading some of the reviews beforehand, I was a little worried. However, our experience was completely different.
When we arrived, the receptionist seemed a little flustered. She didn't speak much English and I only speak basic Spanish, so there was a bit of a language barrier, especially while checking our passports as non-EU visitors. Fortunately, her manager stepped in to give her a bit of help and everything went very smoothly from there. We were even able to check in around an hour early and all three of our rooms were on the same floor near each other, which was a really thoughtful touch.
The rooms are definitely basic, but that's exactly what you'd expect from a budget hotel. Despite being simple, they had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked brilliantly (which was very much appreciated during the heatwave) and the blackout blinds helped us sleep well. The bathroom was clean and the shower was surprisingly powerful which is something I've often found lacking in most hotels abroad.
One thing that really impressed us was the soundproofing. The hotel is right beside the railway line but we genuinely couldn't hear anything at all from our rooms. The rooms also have smart TVs, so you can log into Netflix, YouTube and other streaming services, which was another nice bonus.
The hotel also offers 24-hour drinks and snacks from reception, as well as a microwave and vending machines. Outside there's a small terrace where you can sit with a drink and it's smoker/vape friendly while the rest of the hotel remains smoke-free.
My only real criticism of the room is that there wasn't a bin in the main room itself, only a small one in the bathroom. Although housekeeping is available daily having a small bin in the main room would have been much more convenient.
Most of the staff we met throughout our stay were friendly, welcoming and professional. The receptionist who had initially seemed a little stressed was much more relaxed later in our stay and was lovely when we ordered drinks from reception. The only staff member who stood out negatively was the male night receptionist on Friday and Saturday, who came across as quite dismissive. He wasn't outright rude, but it did make approaching reception feel a little uncomfortable. Thankfully, this was the exception rather than the rule.
The location isn't the most central, but we found it incredibly easy to get Ubers whenever we needed them, so we never felt stranded or inconvenienced.
Overall, I think this hotel offers excellent value for money. If you're expecting luxury, this isn't the place for you. However, if you're looking for a clean, comfortable, well-maintained budget hotel with good facilities and friendly staff, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
The terrace is quite small (4 tables of 4) and this didn’t impact us too much but when it is busy I could see it being an issue. The hotel also has trees surrounding it so whilst the carpark is still visible there’s also a lot of greenery hiding the roads and Train line, there were also planters which fruit and veg which was cute and a few cats that like to wander the premises, it’s also pet friendly. Nearby there is a supermarket, pharmacy etc and just across the road from the hotel is a Burger King

Stopping is very good
To make night of the one you climb from the south is perfect.
Super friendly and close to shopping centers. Xanadu x example. Away from Madrid center but it's what I needed. The room with what you need and very quiet to sleep. Breakfast is fine.

Simple but Right
It is a very simple hotel, without any luxury but that complies with everything you read in the advertising.
The room is very clean, quiet, the staff is very friendly, has its own outdoor parking but closed and offers a breakfast that although simple is very good.
Everything is fine, according to its price.
To sleep is more than enough.

Acceptable
Let's see, it's a very simple hotel, thought to sleep and little else, clean and comfortable rooms, correct staff, free parking and little else. Breakfast is not worth it, bulk products, all white label without determining most, roaster that does not work well, there are many cafeterias in Móstoles where you have luxury breakfast for less money.

A good option to visit Madrid and Warner.
It is a great option to go to Madrid and, in our case, Warner Park, as we were just on our way. At the crossroads of the M50 with the A5 motorway, so you don’t have to get into the centre of Móstoles, but the problem is that access is a bit messy, along a path without sidewalks from a Burger King.
It is very welcome that there is free and closed parking sufficiently spacious, but the point is that there are no sidewalks if you want to approach the urban center (which is really nearby) and it is a bit dangerous especially at night.
As I say, it is also a good option to go to Madrid, as it is cheap, and in 30 minutes you put in Atocha with the "Cercanías", although it is true that you have about 15-20 minutes walk from the hotel to the train station.
As for the hotel itself, the room within the standards of the "Ibis", quite well for only overnight although individual pillows are uncomfortable to sleep (a shame because the beds are so good).
The perfect wifi connection and friendliness of the hotel workers "of 11". Our daughter was given a bag of gummies, which is quite a detail.
When we return to Madrid, we will repeat in this or any other Ibis.
