Lovely stay as usual.

Location - beautiful and quiet as it’s not near nothing. If you want a relaxing stay and not have to worry about the noise and carnage of the city, then this is your place. It costs €15/20 euro to get to the nearest supermarket and about €10 to get back. Taxis can been booked at reception and taxi ranks everywhere outside the shopping centre. (Carrefour, mercadona, Lidl all next to eachother).
Rooms - I have visited 3 times and the last time was about 12 years ago and the rooms haven’t changed yet they are still lovely and spacious, cleaned everyday, fresh bedding and towels. Cleaners were amazing.
2 big rooms, en-suite on one, utility room and a nice big kitchen.
Staff- staff have had some bad reviews and been called rude but all were fine, happy and even when busier nights at the bar, they were working with a smile on their face and there to help.
Bar/restaurant- I couldn’t find any review on here regarding prices of drinks etc.
so it was really expensive for what it was, one of only a few downers about the place.
€5 for an estrella and it wasn’t even a pint. It was 500ml and the head on it was crazy. Nice lager but yeah stupidly expensive. Pink gin and lemonade was €8 which isn’t too bad as it’s about 4/5 shots in there.
Big tip….if you’re ever hungry just change the location on your ubereats and all the local places come up. We had ya typical McDonald’s, Chinese, done some grocery shopping on there too and was all with us within 40/50 minutes.
Don’t travel by Uber though, very unreliable and will accept the job and drive round for ages so you cancel and they still get the fee and you can potentially still be charged.
Just go to reception and ask them to book you a taxi.

Good but needs improvement

A short distance from the airport. Uber cost €13. It’s in the middle of nowhere but that can be seen as a really good thing if you don’t want all the noise from the ‘British lads’ hustle and bustle.
First impression of the accommodation- Good for the price. Clean, modern enough, spacious and for me having a washing machine, dryer, iron, blow dryer, fridge freezer and a whole kitchen was definitely a winner for me.
We arrived much earlier than the check in time of 4pm and they kindly gave us a bigger apartment that was ready for an extra 10 Euros per night; very accommodating! Two lovely pools a gym and food was good.
Downside - not near the beach or any shops so you will have to either drive or Uber/taxi everywhere. This can become expensive. Would have been much more beneficial if the hotel/aparthotel had a shuttle service in to town, to the beach and to the airport.
Ants/ insect ‘infestation ‘ !!!! They have to sort this one out definitely. See pictures and videos for more.

BAD HOTEL - not a 4 star

Not a 4 star hotel. Very old style rooms and loud.
We wanted to enjoy a movie at the end of our night and asked staff to fix our tv ( it took 2 hours before they solved the issue and were extremely rude to us. The phone and sink didn’t work and were not fixed when told about it.

Nice hotel beautiful and quite pool area.

Just got back from 5 day break here with 3 kids. Beautiful pool area and the apartments are big and clean.we had b&b and the breakfast was decent pretty much standard buffet style. We had dinner here twice and food was very reasonably priced and we all enjoyed what we ate. To address the wasps there is a fair few round the pool side but they dont bother you or fly around you seems they just sit on pool side to cool down. Hotel is out the way and will need taxis to get around but easy enough we went alicante town and elche both very nice, we ubered a food and drink delivery to our room which kept lunch prices down. Pools were the warmest ive ever been in maybe a tad to warm couldnt believe how quite they were no getting up at 6am to get a lounger. Only slight things could improve on like reclining sun loungers and more parasols around pool and maybe a shop in the complex.other than that we had a loverly break and would recommend

A great stay for two adults and three children aged 6 to 12. A lovely apartment just a few meters from the pool, which featured varying depths. There were plenty of sun loungers by the pool, as well as shaded seating areas where food, ice cream, and drinks could be purchased. It was a short drive to Alicante and the airport. We were very pleased with this lovely spot—perfect for a few lazy days at the end of a wonderful week in Spain.
