I would have loved to give this place 5 stars, but unfortunately I can’t because of how difficult it was to find parking when we arrived. We spent a long time driving around looking for a space, and it was honestly quite frustrating. That said, once we got to the guesthouse, our experience was very good. The room was very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, and it had air conditioning, a minibar, and complimentary coffee and tea. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. The location is another plus, as it’s only about a 15 minute drive from San Sebastián. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, but the parking situation is a serious issue that future guests should be aware of. If parking were easier, this would easily be a 5 star experience.

Nightmare parking

Stay paid for twice

I stayed at this guesthouse in May, booking through Booking.com. Upon my return to Italy, I discovered from my credit card statement that the property had charged me for the stay twice. I reported the matter to the guesthouse, which was surely a mistake, they would check and arrange for a refund; subsequently, upon my request, they asked me for my bank account number to be able to refund me... but I have received nothing. At this point, I reported the problem to Booking almost a month ago and I still have not been refunded. I do not recommend this property.

Bad experience.

The truth is that you call the number they give you, and no one ever answers. Accommodation and breakfast, and I have not even tried it yet. The air conditioning is not working well; it makes you want to sleep in the hallway, which is nice and cool. They hang the shower towel without changing it any day. Today will be the fourth night, and tomorrow I will have the same towel to dry off and have breakfast in another place.

Great accommodation. Location great for San Sebastián visit - used the no. 13 bus from outside the Pension, 15 minutes into the city.
Room was perfect, large double bed, fridge, kettle etc. lovely shower.
Would highly recommend.
