It needs to improve
To start with the bad, it is a hotel where the guests are not noisy, but everything can be heard, especially if they put you in front of the elevators. Therefore, it is not a good place if you are going to sleep and rest, unless they put you in rooms where there is not so much foot traffic. In our case, we had to ask for a change. The quality of the mattresses does not invite rest either.
The air conditioning cools a lot, but in both rooms it was excessively noisy because the split unit is somewhat loose and you had to wedge it. Regarding the filters, they were........... "well, you know".
The food is just okay; there were good days and others that were average. It is not bad per se, but do not expect much.
On several occasions, the power in our room went out because the circuit breakers tripped.
Regarding the good, the best part is the excellent friendliness of the restaurant waitresses, who are wonderful, as are the housekeeping staff. Another thing is that the bar prices are not expensive, which encourages you to consume.
In summary, it is not recommended; I think it needs to improve quite a bit.

Staff very helpful from reception staff to restaurant/bar staff . Cleaners do an amazing job and always happy and say good morning.
Good prices at bar for drinks.
Food very nice and good choice.
Pool was small but ok for a dip to cool off in Hot August weather.
No sun loungers at poolside but had tables and chairs to sit.
Clean room, comfortable beds and nice size balcony with 2 chairs and table and a small clothes line.
Lots of Spanish guests (but it was their Spanish hoildays when we went)
Everyone friendly and helpful.
Would definitely stay here any again.
