A great experience!

Firstly, I would like to say that I absolutely enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would absolutely return, here follows a review that I would have wanted to read prior to arriving.
First impressions were that it seemed very clean, we checked in at reception with no issues- we were staying in the apartments and I do feel like it would have been useful for a map to be provided as the directions were a bit ambiguous- however we were able to locate the apartments with little issue.
The rooms were OK, they were clean and very spacious- the air conditioning was very efficient and kept the whole apartment cool.
The balcony was lovely but the view was over the bins/car park which wasn't the most lovely but was a minor issue. The bigger issue was the cockerel that was "cock-a-doodle-dooing" every 30 seconds which was less than ideal.
The location was perfect for what we wanted, a short walk from the strip and beach- handy!
The food was great for me but admittedly I'm not a fussy person, there was plenty of selection and on a whole the queues were managable, the drinks available left a lot to be desired and after a dodgy experience with sangria on the first night (I drank too much) I didn't really touch it after that.
Housekeeping were spot on, we didn't hide any of our belongings and nothing went missing, they were all very friendly!
The whole cup thing baffled me at first and I admittedly just kept paying for a new one because it was €1 and I couldn't be bothered carrying it around with me!
The pools were all amazing however the coldest thing I have ever experienced in my life- a great hangover cure though!
Staff were all incredibly friendly however there was an issue one night when there was a room above making the most news and my friend wasn't able to find security near the apartments, and had to walk over to the main reception for assistance with this- less than ideal!
The only major issue we had was at check out, huge long queues that seemed to overwhelm the staff- but that was it!
For the price I would absolutely reccomend this hotel and would absolutely return again! Xox

Cheap and cheerful

Cheap weekend away with lads so wasn’t expecting the ritz, decent hotel set out over a big area with plenty of pools and music playing and some big slides. Weather wasn’t great so spoilt the weekend a bit but can’t complain about the hotel. Food was average but like a said it was a cheap and cheerful weekend. Magaluf itself is brilliant the strip in may was lively but not full of kids

Fab stay

After reading some reviews I was worried about our stay. However I couldn't fault it. Fab swimming pools and room. Food was fine and staff were pleasant. I would definitely stay again. Noise wasn't a problem either. Location is brilliant.

Would give 0 star if possible

Booked through love holiday what’s a mistake that’s was. Falsely advertised rooms the photos show on the site were nothing like the room we received. Paid for an apartment with a balcony…. Some sick joke the balcony view was a dirty smelly alley and dumpsters. See photos below.
The ALL inclusive is not all in clubs I’ve. You only get 6 alcholic drinks 3 at lunch 3 at dinner…. And u can only have fizzy drinks then also….. not all inclusive at all.
The dinner was good. The breakfast was diabolical.
DO NOT STAY HERE IF U LIOE TO SLEEP WARM AND COZY. You are give a dirty prison styled blanket to slee with. See photo below.
Unless u are looking to stay in a squat do not stay here.
Staff on front desk are rude and unhelpful.
Would never recommend unless of course you like to have a miserable time that I’ve paid for.

Unfriendly hotel, you pay the IT but you can only have breakfast when you leave

Hotel with unfriendly treatment. You can't rest at night. A lot of hustle and bustle. The food is good, but the drinks are scarce at TI, they are not combined and you can only have one glass at a time. If there are three of you you have to pass 3 times.
