Stayed for 3 nights, walking distance to city centre and many restaurants. Building and room were very clean. Very happy with our stay!

I booked a room through Expedia. When I arrived at the location, it was locked. I was never given a code or any special instructions about this hotel. I tried sending an email, since my cell reception was not working (American carrier). Anyways. I gave up hope and just booked another hotel because I didn’t want to be waiting out in the sun with my luggage in hopes that maybe someone would get back to me. Eventually someone replied to my email around 7pm. Apparently they don’t think it’s their responsibility to inform customers that they need a code to enter the building ( it is.) anyhow. I lost $250 because there are no refunds. If you stay here, you have to request a code to get in.

The care received

We had a weekend with the family and we were great. From the moment of booking the girl we were in contact with was very attentive and everything was very easy. The stay was great, the place clean and with all the necessary details and the ;last day we could leave later without problems, with no other entrances.
We'll definitely be back.

Highly recommended!
It is exactly as seen in photos
Central structure (center of ciutadella within walking distance), modern, clean and organized! Comfortable bed and very large shower
The room is redone every 3 days but if you need anything just ask, in person or via whatsapp
I did not think but the great kitchen available is of an absurd comfort!!!!
