Dinner team and Osvaldo.
This was a second time. Everything was perfect. Again, excellent service from Osvaldo at the dinner. This guy delivers every time. He should get a bonus or something. Special HELLO to Osvaldo from Latvia!
Also special thanks to another two guys with gray hair and glasses. They are also nice and always great service.

Very bad.
The staff were excellent, the food was worse than in the military, it was pitiful, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

You stay "anchored" in the restaurant row
Reception: The staff is very attentive, friendly and friendly, the only aspect to improve is that they do not have a medicine cabinet that can be useful in case of any fall.
Bar: The service somewhat deficient since due to lack of staff does not have a terrace service, but very efficient when inviting customers to leave the premises at closing time.
You have to be aware of the drinks that you have in animation games, because when redeeming it in the bar must be said product in which you must consume.
Restaurant: They have 2 to divide customers, but they leave too many in one and too little in the other, forming in the one with more diners kilometer queues, because, when tables are available, the lack of staff makes the duration until the entrance to the restaurant longer than it should, and that the restaurant staff does everything on their side.
Cleanliness: Overall fine, although in the rooms it is somewhat late.
Rooms: They are very complete and equipped, although in the studios the utensils are somewhat scarce for the people who make it up.
Animation: The animation is somewhat loose, but the animation team does everything possible to make the stay enriching.
Swimming pool: The pool glass is very small and very unroomy when the hotel has a larger influx than there was at the time of my stay.
Spa: It is located inside the relaxation center where it has a gym and a sauna among other services, all of them are very well equipped and that allows you to spend a very entertaining time in them.
The value for money is fine because it offers a very good service at a fairly affordable price.
They need to improve some aspects to take into account repeating at this hotel.

We love it!!
We've been to this hotel many times and we enjoy its no-frills value for money accommodations, high quality food, and the friendly and efficient staff. Bar prices are reasonable, too.
For those who expect to see filet mignon, sirloin or entrecote steaks, or a plateful of prawns on offer at mealtimes, you will be disappointed but, considering the very competitive prices, the food on offer is of a high standard and we have no complaints.
The hotel's location, near the far end of Gandía Playa, is ideal for strolling along the 4km promenade to the port, or walking through eucalyptus trees and marshlands with the numerous routes one can take, to burn off some of the calories necked at mealtimes!
Plenty of free parking is available on the roads out front and behind. The hotel also provides parking on their premises.
We look forward to returning yet again for another cheap and cheerful break!

Bad experience
The reception desk of the hotel does not have good treatment with people. The rooms are very old and the food very poor. The hotel is also a long way from giving everything. Not worth the hotel
