Exceptional
Wonderful! We had an excellent stay, everything was perfect: the setting, the staff, as well as the restaurant right next door, which I highly recommend, it is also excellent!
The breakfast is delicious, varied, and hearty. The establishment is also very well located for easily visiting the island.

Horrible.
Mice in our kitchen-side room The management did nothing but set up a miserable trap that was useless. Tearfully being phoobig rodents.No way to change rooms when we paid 1 week at 250 eur per day. No commercial move either. Management didn't want to know. No empathy no consideration for their client. No Service during the day. Breakfast served only from 9:00. The worst stay of my life. no possibility of wifi because we went through booking, this proves the mentality of the establishment, Welcoming the deplorable management.To believe that all the other positive qvis were bought. Small pool. Room with stairs to the very dangerous sanitary facilities. Humidity to sanitary a sauna.never take the apartment is rodent nest in the roofs of the terrace that you can not enjoy. The manager dared to tell me you are in the countryside this normal!!I did not pay to have roommates rodents. Horrible.

MUCH MORE APPEARANCE THAN BEING
We stayed at Son Sama in Mallorca for 5 nights at the end of August. After we were already in another Finca Agricultura this year - the Finca Hotel Gomera, which had completely thrilled us, but was booked for the current short-term holiday - we decided on Son Sama. This property promised to be a good alternative to Finca Gomera on the various sites on the Internet! FAR FROM IT.
In order not to digress too much the criticisms briefly listed:
1. Shampoo/shower gel on the first day a single serving, then never refilled
2. Towels grey and holed
3. Minibar stocked with 2 Tetrapack water; kettle and wine glasses available but no tea bags, coffee or anything else
4. Towel change was then the special experience. In the evening back from the day at the beach there was not a single towel left in the room. The maid had probably just forgotten to put us new ones after she had taken the used towels. What now - there are no more staff at the hotel from 2 pm. Good advice, then, expensive. So we quickly decided to repurpose the covers of the pillows by the pool to be able to dry at least the hair, the face, the hands.
The next morning we complained about the lack of towels at one of the employees. 15 minutes passed when the hotel magnate and owner stood with us at the breakfast table and asked me to come with him to his office. Once there, he presented me with the two pulled pillows - not a word of apology for the missing towels. No, he insinuated that we wanted to steal the pillowcases. That put the crown on the whole thing - our very disappointed stay. You look for an alternative in need and then have to be told you wanted to steal pillowcases.
5. You should not need the internet in the hotel - the connection is underground - that has nothing to do with slowing down in everyday life. I think everyone should be able to decide for themselves how, when and if they use the Internet. The output Wifi code is not worth the piece of paper it is written on.
6. We had booked the room suite superior Gregal, on the pictures on the internet very appealing. However, it should be noted that the room does not have a balcony or terrace. The toilet and shower are two cabins built into the room, without windows - taking some getting used to in the as such very appealing room.
7. The faucet in the shower - change from rain shower to hand shower was virtually not to be used/ on the 1st. Day faulty but not turned off.
8. When asked on site if we could not change the room - we had previously checked the hotel's website and there would have been the possibility - this was immediately rejected by the hotel manager. Either he didn't feel like it or an unupdated homepage!
9. The pool is nowhere near as shown in the pictures of the websites. A very small basin, also provided with a plexiglass superstructure. There are sunbeds around the pool, but umbrellas are a misrepresentation.
10. As a resumé of our stay can probably be noted. Son Sama in no way stands up to a comparison with other houses we visited in Mallorca, such as the Finca Gomera already mentioned. Certainly you make an effort to get guests into the finca - but it's just as mentioned in the headline - “Much more appearance than being”! Especially in the hotel industry it is so that it is precisely the little things that make up the special, here you are from something like this light years away! And yes, then comes the proud Spaniard, who feels personally attacked when you point out shortcomings and prefer to go on the offensive, you can also be told to leave early, who accuses you of wanting to steal your pillowcases instead of putting the guest first. As they say so aptly in American - “The Customer is always right”!

Unforgettable experience - fantastic team and owners of Son Sama - tranquility - homemade breakfast - lots of attention
We were surprised, that such a beautiful corner "Perla" on the Island of Mallorca exists... Never during our multiple trips, (in well-known hotels such as Sentido, chain hotels and 5-star hotels, since 1993 (first time on the moon). of honey until 2019, already 28 times in Mallorca they were) for business and family, we have had the opportunity to enjoy so much that in Son Sama.... Both the owners and also the entire team give you and the clients so much attention and I feel you with them as you almost feel directly at home....the breakfasts are prepared by them with so much love and very varied (every day other futras, homemade bread and very good variation in juice, coffees (which they prepare for you, different ones that you can choose from the coffee menu) and you could also choose your own eggs that they prepare immediately for you with a lot of attention and love (like the very delicious roe 'Pajez style' (egg made with paprika, peppers and capers...a typical homemade Mallorcan family recipe..) When you arrive in Son Sama directly the owners Mr. Miguel and Mrs. Maria personally welcome you, Benvinguts (Mallorquin), and the farm, the rural agrotourism house/hotel you are almost directly like your house, ...you feel as directly as you were in your own home...With the entire Son Sama team, they clean the rooms/apartments very well (they also clean very deep)..If you need any extra ( towel, something else)..they do their best to help you...For us, Son Sama was a pleasure to be able to be with them during our vacation, with so much tranquility in the environment/land/surroundings of Son Sama.. When we need to remove the Finca/Rural Hotel Son Sama...we have had a lot of tears that our vacation was beautiful, stay was at the end...Many thanks from us to the owners Miguel and Maria and the entire Son team Sama...We hope that we are lucky in the future to visit Son Sama once in Lluchmajor...Never again in any other place, hotel, estate but only in Son Sama......Thank you very much, Moltes Gracies. ...Tom and family...with all our hearts...to never forget that we were on vacation in Son Sama...

Perfect countryside setting for a fair price
Lovely traditional Mallorcan estate in a relaxing countryside setting around 25 minutes by car from Palma.
The owner is friendly and easy to communicate with, and the Tramuntana apartment we had is recently refurbishing with a big balcony to enjoy a your morning coffee on.
