Goodl location and fantastic beach

Comfortable rooms, but a wish for a kettle! Loved the air con, but room floor not cleaned often enough and became sandy. Parking very very tight (and im from Devon and used too tight lanes!!) Would not recomme d, we switched too on street parking, was okay even in August Local beach very lovely and lots of ro k pools

Very good. The staff is a 10.

Great, as always! This is already our fifth year staying here and we remain delighted.
Everything is very well maintained, with impeccable cleanliness and very friendly staff. Special mention to Ángela, who is lovely and always makes us feel at home.
The rooms are very comfortable and I love that they have a large refrigerator, something that is greatly appreciated. I am fascinated by the buffet-style food for its variety and quality.
The heated pool is another of the great attractions, and the waterfall, which is turned on from time to time, creates a very special and relaxing atmosphere.
Without a doubt, we will keep coming back.

Complaint

I left the room at 10 in the morning and the cleaning ladies were outside; it was 3:30 in the afternoon and the room was still not made up.
The young ladies who were doing other rooms after mine answered me that they were busy and that if I had any problem, I should file a complaint.
Of course I filed one....
To them and to the hotel.
WE WILL NEVER RETURN AND OF COURSE I HOPE THERE ARE MORE CUSTOMERS WHO FILE COMPLAINTS BECAUSE THE RESPONSE WAS INAPPROPRIATE.
AFTER THE SERVICE PROVIDED.

Everything was fantastic, cleanliness, service, pool, location........we spent a few days here for a sports competition and I can only give positive feedback.

Fantastic hotel. Everything you need for a great holiday stay.

Everything was exceptional. Spa and swimming pool where 10 out if 10. Staff were very helpful and friendly rooms were a high standard and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was superb. Really good selection of fruit continental and fried breakfast items. Tortilla at breakfast was amazing. Couldnt fault it and would definatley return.
