Really lovely apartment with great aircon/heating system. Unfloor heating in the bathroom was Fab. Locely lithuian woman check us in and was really friendly. Right next to cafes and supermarket. Heated jacuzzi was a god send

Excellent, new development. Several pools, well-tended green spaces and communal areas. the apartment very clean, modern and tastefully appointed. Kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. There is a supermarket alongside the development and there are multiple restaurants within 10 minutes walk. Orihuela costa is set-up for visitors.

Fantastic Apartment – Spotless, Perfect Location, Highly Recommended!
We had a wonderful 10-night stay at a superb 2-bedroom apartment. The location is what makes it a 10 out of 10 – everything you could possibly need is right on your doorstep. There’s a supermarket next door and a great variety of restaurants all within easy walking distance. We ate out every night, but the apartment is fully equipped for a self-catering holiday with a cooker, microwave, washing machine, and dishwasher – ideal for longer stays or families.
The apartment was spotless on arrival and very comfortable. The complex itself is extremely clean and well maintained. Check-in was smooth and straightforward—we had no issues at all.
A lovely touch was the booklet in the apartment with recommendations on places to eat and visit – very useful and appreciated.
There are four pools in the complex, which is great, but availability of sun loungers can be limited in the morning. People tend to queue at the gate before it opens at 11 a.m. to grab a chair. However, after lunch, it was usually much easier to find available loungers.

An ultra modern, very spacious clean apartment in a lovely complex. Cannot be faulted. Beautiful grounds & a good pool bar. Close to the Flamenca Beach Centro Commercial with lots of bars & restaurants. A couple of minutes walk to a Mercadona. Very good value, will definitely recommend.
