Very central

We stayed for two weeks from end of January to 11th of February, We were the middle flat of a terrace of 3 with a back gate which gave access into a street which led to the bus stop and lots of restaurants. There was a supermarket there too. This accomodation was owned by Melanie.The place itself was very well equipped and had 2 bedrooms.Please be aware that there is no housekeeping for here. This was not a problem as there was lots of towels and bedding and lots of cleaning supplies. There is no wifi but most of the restaurants have wifi. All in all this was a great place to stay.

Just come back from Santa Barbara

We have just come back from a week long stay at the Santa Barbara apartments after it being recommended by friends. Had a brilliant weeks stay in a one bedroom apartment overlooking the courtyard. The apartment was a really good size with a well equipped kitchen and large bedroom. Absolutely spotless and could not fault it. Location great with local pubs and restaurants with a nice walk to San Blas. Staff were fantastic and will definitely be returning. Thank you for having us.

Lovely location to live or stay

We recently moved into Santa Barbara bungalows for a long term rent and we were fortunate to rent a newly renovated 2 bed bungalow with a lovely garden
The location is great and away from the hassles of the yumbo centre and we have several swimming pools in the complex which is security gated. The pools are not heated but with the high temperatures it refreshing to relax a warming pool
A lot of family come on short term rent and the children can be quite noisy at the night and by the pool but that is just part of the deal living where we do .
All in all it is a lovely place to stay and safe and secure with great prospect to buy or rent and entertain guests

Great

Lovely place close to pubs clubs and shops supermarkets 15 min walk to beach lovely staff small pool but a few scattered around family friendly bungalow had everyday stuff eg shower fridge little garden

Great place

Perfect location in the middle of resort Playa del Ingles but quiet and relaxing itself. Spacious bungalow with rustical decor. Kitchen fully equipped. A small flat screen TV. Amazing sun terrace with sun beds, garden table and chairs. Sun operating here all day - all the bungalows' terraces facing South. Every bungalow has a small but cooling swimming pool nearby. It's a big advantage. Only 3 minutes walk from Avenida de Tirajana with all shops and restaurants, only 5 mins walk from Yumbo Centre. 20 mins walk from the beautiful sandy beach Playa del Ingles and Dunas of Maspalomas. The on street parking available for free at Calle Barcelona where the main entrance is. Very friendly staff. The bungalow cleaned regularly with fresh towels in the middle of 7 days stay.
