Alcuni valori predefiniti
Ci sono solo alcune cose di cui non avevo realizzato. . . l'appartamento è dotato di lavatrice, ma non di lavastoviglie. . . non hanno uno stendibiancheria portatile in casa (perché hanno una lavanderia per lavare e asciugare e non pensano che sia necessario), in casa non ci sono scopa e paletta, né spazzolone, perché puliscono gli appartamenti , ma nei nostri hanno semplicemente passato l'aspirapolvere e non hanno lavato il pavimento. Ma le posate sono poche, quindi ci siamo dovuti arrangiare con quello che avevamo e abbiamo dovuto comprare anche un coltello, non ci sono coltelli per tagliare le verdure o altri alimenti. . . . ti danno anche un kit per la pulizia, con una spugna, 2 bustine di detersivo per piatti e un panno in microfibra ma sarà molto utile se avessimo una scopa o uno strofinaccio e qualche altra pentola e posata e uno stendibiancheria portatile, perché abbiamo fatto abbiamo il bucato a casa e non ci piace usare l'asciugatrice perché alcuni vestiti si rovinano e non avevamo un posto dove stendere il bucato, quindi abbiamo dovuto usare le grucce nell'armadio. Ma l'appartamento è molto carino, l'hotel è meraviglioso e ci sono molti negozi e ristoranti nelle vicinanze e anche la metropolitana è molto vicina.

Ottimo ma niente dentro l'appartamento
L'edificio è perfetto, l'ambiente perfetto, il personale perfetto e disponibile
Appartamento abbastanza buono e pulito, l’avrei valutato 5 ma una volta dentro l’appartamento non c’erano utensili, niente bicchieri, è in una posizione fantastica proprio fuori dall’autostrada, ci stavamo dirigendo verso la costa blanca da Santander
Ci tornerei portando le mie posate, non so se era solo l'appartamento in cui siamo stati o se erano tutti così

Things to get better.
The room clean at first glance. Very far from the hotel entrance. In the shower the gel and empty shampoo, they have no phone to call reception so it was my turn to shower with the hand soap. The pillows are super high, very uncomfortable, if they change them to more normal ones they would gain in comfort.

Good structure and quiet, but seriously pits on basic details of stay.
We stayed for 3 nights with two children. The hotel is comfortable, modern and visually pleasant, but I believe the experience can significantly improve in some points.
What we like:
Acoustic insulation: Excellent. We heard absolutely nothing from the other rooms, which provided quiet nights.
Hygiene of sheets: A very positive point was not finding hair threads on sheets, something rare these days.
Facilities: The apartment has a washing machine and the kitchen offers the basics (dishes, cups and pots). As there is cheap commerce nearby, the lack of extra items in the kitchen was not a problem.
What needs to be improved:
Bed linen: The blades are extremely fine and of low quality, passing a feeling of lack of hygiene. We had to buy our own pillows and cushions for the stay. In addition, having only 4 pillows for a family is insufficient; there are no extra units in the closet.
Cleaning and Maintenance: The overall cleaning is average. In the bathroom box, we still found some hair. The most critical point was the service: we were informed that the floor cleaning only occurs after 7 days. We asked to suck and refused; we asked for a pot for us to clean and it was never delivered. It is a serious fault not to offer the basic cleaning supplies if the hotel chooses not to clean the room daily.
Laundry: The apartment has a washing machine, but does not have stendal (varal). Unlike kitchen utensils, it is not practical for the guest to buy a stendhal to use for 3 days, which makes the machine almost useless.
The hotel has the potential to score 10, but the lack of support to keep the room clean (vassoura) and the quality of the bedding weighed negatively. Nobody likes to live with accumulated dirt, especially with children.

Don't get carried away with the first impression
Pathetic experience, we booked for 3 months studio plus with large terrace, the lousy or no cleaning, the wifi nil service, the television we have not managed to work in the time we have been (3 months ) response of the establishment that we buy a Chromecast or a television us....the response of null address after several complaints. Looks really nice but it's not
