Quiet and good breakfast

It is a small family hotel, quiet and clean... it has a more than correct breakfast in which the owner accompanies you during breakfast and helps you with coffee!!! We will repeat without a doubt!! In addition for motorcycles parking is Covered and free

Reasonable

Hotel is in an excellent location; there is parking however it is very limited. We had messaged in advance and been told we would be marked as priority for Parking but none available on arrival. We were able to park for free further up in the village next to the church but it was a fairly long way. We were able to park under the hotel the second night and for only 10€ but be warned it is extremely tight if you have a big car.
Hotel itself was clean and reasonably comfortable; somewhat dated although updated bathrooms but shower leaked. No aircon which was a downside as it was 30+ degrees. There is not a kettle/cups in the room which I feel is a very big omission for what was a 3 star hotel at over £150 a night for the price we paid - nor a fridge.
Breakfast was ok, continental but lacking in fresh food bar an odd bowl of fruit, very processed in the main and the coffee machine required full instruction to work! Adequate but could be better.

Scammers

You could cancel my reservation until 19/01, so it was done in the morning and they made the charge a few days later. Even though I placed a call the same day (01/19) in the morning and was told that there was no charge, that there would be no problem. Well, when I was charged on 23/01, I contacted them again and everything was paste. Well, I contacted Booking and they understood the situation, they sent 2 emails to the hotel to accept the refund, because it had been made 5 days before the reservation (24-25/01) and the response of the hotel remained negative, with 0 empathy and no arguments. Anyway, beware of the establishments that do this type of thing, especially since it was cancelled and talked about 5 days in advance, they would rather keep a simple amount than look good with a customer... Nothing more to add.

Good value for money

and hotel is ideally located in the center of the village. Rather, a base for mountain getaways or winter sports resorts connected by shuttles. Many shops but all closed at nap time. At the hotel, a paid parking and difficult to access. You better park your car in the nearby street.
The room and the bedding are correct. Kind Welcoming but it is a shame that the hostess does not speak French when we are only a few kilometers from the French border

Great, especially if you ride a motorcycle

Very good hotel, very close to the center, a few minutes walk. Very quiet. Very friendly staff, owner a lovely woman. Free parking for the motorbike, which is a great plus and quiet. Very complete and rich breakfast. Room with everything you need, maybe something small and more carrying the 3 motorcycle bags, but enough, comfortable bed, large bathroom and with hairdryer. Overall very happy, we would repeat.
