Great experience. Beautiful and clean hotel. The room was perfect. Room was ready on time. Staff was so friendly. The location is fantastic.
Just a very comfortable, clean and friendly environment. Exactly what I was looking for. flawless experience.

The agent that checked us in was super friendly and helpful. Garage parking was easier to get in/out than expected so we did not feel the need to use the valet. The king room we reserved had an open bathroom layout (make sure to look at pictures so you know what to expect). There is no privacy when getting out of the shower, doing makeup etc. This was fine for this trip, but if your travel companion gets up earlier or stays up later, the bathroom light will illuminate the bed area.
We were on the 2nd floor and there was a ledge with rocks immediately outside our windows. The windows must be super clean or reflective because there were at least 3 dead birds in our immediate view. Hopefully the hotel will address this but if you are traveling with a child that would be bothered by that, maybe check your view first.
I would definitely stay here again as it was a great location and very clean and quiet.

Staff helped us change room when the next door was having a loud party at 2am. That was really nice and we really appreciate. Hopefully the hotel will block people holding parties after midnight in the future.

Customer Services was top tier! Valeria at the front desk was great! Room clean and rooftop bar and pool nice!

I guess due to the area (proximity to concert venue), the price of the hotel and the parking was high. $50 to park yourself, the spaces are tiny so your car is bound to get dinged. And the entire garage smelled like sewage. Valet was $55 and a very long wait to get your car. Lines to check in were also very long. I wouldnt book here again. All in all, we spent a little over $400 for one night.
