Place was nice, rooms are super outdated, kitchen floor was peeling up and sticky, We understood it was a older hotel, but they have done no updates. Couch was worn out, sleeper was worn out. Breakfast was good and fresh. Parking was kind of confusing, had to drive around the block to park. They did give you directions on how to get there. Another 29.00 charge on top of your stay. Only one elevator to parking garage, so that was kinda backed up at times, Over all it was far from terrible, 50/50 on whether we would stay there again.

Rundown and worn out...

Do not stay here. The lobby is clean, well kept, beautiful. Parking is reasonably priced, security is good. The rooms? Shabby, tired, rundown. The staff? The few I spoke to were rude. We were booked in a room on the 11th floor that had beautiful views, but missing furniture (no couch!!), broken furniture (the armchair? Sink to the floor!!), scarred/dented table, broken stove, peeling floors and wallpaper. When I went downstairs to be moved, I was laughed at and flat asked why I needed to be bothered with a kitchen on a one night stay. I have celiac, (an ADA recognized disability), and I paid for a kitchen so that I could take care of myself. The 2nd room, also had peeling wallpaper, stained and worn out furniture, stained carpets, but at least it smelled clean and the stove worked. The fridge had to be turned on, a previous guest must have left it off. But no dish soap or dishwasher tabs. I called to have those brought up and no one arrived. I ended up at CVS to purchase these items because I was told to wait for housekeeping to be done cleaning when I went down. I would not recommend the hotel, it is in desperate need of a refresh and a whole lot of care. Take your family elsewhere in Baltimore...

Stayed here for the Sail 250 weekend. Central location to all downtown venues, and a 15 min walk from Fells Point. The room was comfortable, and the included hot breakfast was a good way to start the day. My room had a full kitchen, which was helpful in keeping meal costs down.

Staff was helpful....but you can get lost easily especially with the parking
The room was nice size...but didn't like the condition of the couch and my tub look like it had a rust stain coming from the overflow

This hotel was a great back up when the nearby conference hotel was full. The breakfast was exceptional compared to the typical hotel free breakfast. Also, the Wednesday happy hour social was well done. The room was functional with full size refrigerator, stove top (that we did not use) and microwave. Strangely there was no glassware in the room, but we probably could have asked the front desk for a wine glass. The hotel store did not sell alcohol but the wine and liquor store a few blocks away in Fresh Market was a good choice with friendly staff. The hotel is literally across the street from the Marriott and Four Seasons on the waterfront.
