The rooms were nice and updated - very clean and fresh. Coffee was amazing and nice that it is set up all day. The hot tub and pool area need a refresh, parts have been redone. The staff upon check in was friendly and helpful.

Front desk staff very friendly and helpful, hotel clean as well as the clean linens.. only problem was that the sink and shower didn't drain.. backed up.

It was ok but not too clean.Dirty windows, ledges, microwave . The beds need new comforters and they were not comfortable. Staff very friendly

Awful!

Do not stay here. There was a smell of natural gas as we entered the building, and it was also present in the lobby. The front desk staff was friendly and check-in was easy, but that's the only positive thing I could say about the place. Our room had a horrible musty smell. Nothing matched, which gave the room a totally unkempt look. The bathroom door had been randomly painted purple for some reason. We had decided we would be okay, it was only one night of our lives, but then my daughter-in-law turned down the bed and was lying down when she jumped up, having seen a bug out of the corner of her eye. It was a bedbug, and he had friends. We spotted two grown bugs and a nymph before quickly grabbing our belongings, which had thankfully not been on the bed or floor, and left the room. We were given a refund immediately, but then had to spend an hour trying to locate and drive to another hotel as all of the ones in the area were full. Horrible experience.

Pool was cold and breakfast offered were only cold items like cereal
