We had a great time. They contacted every day to see if we needed anything and took care of everything we asked for. I would gladly stay there again.

Super good location, rooms were good, easy walking to beach and downtown, loads of restaurants and shopping. A little ways from the blue line to the airport but not bad. The rooms are nice and clean. The halls are a bit outdated but we didn’t care because the room was good.

Terrible service and location

1- I had a horrible experience at this hotel. I am typically laid back traveler and guest, but the service here was unbelievably bad. Upon checking in and being charged, I was told that the pool would be closed my whole stay. I also asked if there was an alternative location available for pool use. I was given a dry noncommittal answer. The pool was one of my must haves for booking here. The hallways had a bad smell, and the hotel staff were not friendly. I had to report that my room had not been cleaned by 5 pm on a certain day. I came back to find that it had been cleaned but no towels had been stocked. The dirty ones were gone, no clean. I called the front desk and they sent someone with towels. This was around 8:30 pm. At approximately 11 pm, a staff member knocked on our door waking my family, aggressively asking what services had not been provided.She was aggressive and out of line in her questioning. We told her that the towels had been received and bid her goodnight. I did try to call and report the incident, but no one at the desk answered. Needless to say, I would not recommend this location to anyone!

The staff was very professional and the property was very well maintained i will definitely return and recommend this hotel.
