Wonderful Week in Clearwater!

This is our 3rd time staying here and hopefully not our last. We love it here!! We can’t thank Ashlee and Marek enough for being the best hostesses ever!! They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is everything it should be!

Dolphins and Egrets

This was our 2nd visit to By The Beach. Stayed in Unit 5 which is a 2 bedroom 2 bath with full kitchen. Unit sits on ground floor just next to the Intercoastal waterway. Many days we had dolphins swimming just along our seawall . Pool is close and heated. Front door to the units is coded so fairly secure.

My BD vaca- I’d give this property a 9 out of 10 only because the check in time imo is too late, 4 pm! Otherwise, great!

It was obviously hit by the hurricane by looking at the building. However our 2b/2b unit was clean, spacious w/ comfy beds! Lucky us, nobody there. Had the beautiful pool to ourselves that overlooked the bay! Plus only 10 min walk to beach. Unfortunately it was the rainiest weekend of the summer!! Still got in pool and beach time with lots of laughs w/ family. Good thing we brought our games. Host allowed us to check out late due to there mishap of an overly late check in. Very much appreciated!

Yes, our standard check-in is 4:00 PM, though we always do our best to accommodate early arrivals when housekeeping has the unit ready. Give this place a try! Definitely go there!

Very clean. We stayed in a studio, which was quite large. Quiet and everyone there showed respect for one another and were very nice
I would definitely book again.
Owners are super nice and helpful, lovely stay!
I wish more glassware was provided. It was a studio, but only had 2 of everything. A couple more glasses/ mugs would be good.
Communication with owners was excellent, and the discount was awesome
Great view and nice pool!

By the Beach Rentals- A Great Place to Relax

My husband and I just spent two wonderful weeks here at By the Beach Rentals. Our hosts were so easy to talk with, were very helpful, and are great people. Our room was extremely clean and comfortably furnished. The pool was directly out the door of our first floor room, and we could sit on the deck around the pool or on a lower deck facing the Mandalay Channel. We had everything we needed in our apartment. There was a soft sea breeze each day, since we were situated between the Gulf and Mandalay Channel. We were about two blocks from the beach, and close to restaurants and shopping. Another great feature was the quiet location away from all of the traffic. I have stayed here for many years, and love it! We will definitely be returning.
