Reflection of management not experience
Beautiful property with a lot of character, but not without its issues. Avoid room 331 if you’re in Denver — it sits directly beside the elevator, ice machine, and a bar floor restroom, which made for two sleepless nights due to noise and foot traffic outside our door. The hotel is also in a lively area with train noise that carries. For the price point, the experience fell short of expectations. The 5 stars is honestly for management responding well and refunding our stay — we appreciated that, but wouldn’t return.

Nice boutique hotel, very clean, rooms very well set up. Amazing staff, a lil busy downstairs considering it’s a train station down stairs but u don’t hear any of the noise in ur room. The only issue I had was the in-room dining, I ordered breakfast and I received it in a to go bag with plastic folks and knives like some uber eat delivery. Hotel management needs to change that asap, that wasn’t very nice.

We had a fantastic stay at The Crawford Hotel! We traveled with another couple and couldn't have picked a better location. Being right inside Union Station gave us easy access to great bars, coffee shops, and restaurants without ever needing to drive. It was the perfect home base for exploring Denver.
We loved being able to walk to so many downtown attractions and enjoyed spending time in the lively atmosphere around the hotel. The combination of historic charm, beautiful accommodations, and unbeatable location made our trip even more memorable.
If you're looking for a unique place to stay in downtown Denver where everything is within walking distance, The Crawford Hotel is an excellent choice. We would definitely stay here again!

Unique hotel inside Denver Union train station. Had excellent experience with staff, Matt, at the desk. Clean modern room and lots of food choices in train lobby.
