We have seen the Quality Inn numerous times when we travel through and stay overnight in Easton. This particular night rates were extremely expensive at the other hotels in town we normally stay in. We decided to book with the Quality Inn because the rates were so much better. The property is older but very well maintained. The staff was super friendly, rooms were clean. Again it’s an older property but clean. The beds were comfy, shower was clean and hot. The parking lot had plenty of lighting and security cameras. Would definitely consider staying at this property again.

The room hot water shower did not work. Had reserve a king side bed got a new room with 2 queen beds. The shower worked in new room but no phone service and plastic was covered over the smoke alarm. We told front desk at check out but they said it happens. Room should have been checked before giving us a new room. Work was done to patch holes but was never finished. Carpet tile was not secure and came of had to put it back. This is from the first room.

Besides the wallpaper peeling and the walls having exposed patch work, and the TV remote not working and the furniture being stained it was alright. You get what you pay for. I would not recommend staying there.

There was a note in the poorly maintained room that said "please excuse the weathered appearance of the room, there is a supply chain issue". Huh? The furniture was gross the appearance of the room ie...paint holes and dents in the wall. Would not stay again

The hotel needs an entire makeover. The rooms are so dated and in need of repair. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The owners really need to step up.
