Good Business Stay
Finding a hotel that is central to many customers is key.
The hotel is well located near a major highway.
Check in was very easy. The atmosphere is very interesting because on the other side of this hotel is the Renaissance. Both hotels are connected via a main floor hallway.
This attachment allows for an improvement customer experience including dining options.
My room was adequate.
The parking was very ample.
Customer service was wonderful. They were very helpful given some airline flight issues.
Good stay.

My stay at the TownePlace Suites Framingham was pleasant, as the room was clean, quiet, and well-maintained. However, I was disappointed by the parking situation. Charging over $15 per night feels excessive for this location. Furthermore, the property lacks a convenient area for loading and unloading; the front entrance is difficult to navigate, even for a standard SUV. Most concerning, however, was that the main side parking lot was poorly lit. As a solo female traveler, this made me feel unsafe when walking to my car at night, forcing me to restrict my schedule to ensure I returned before dark. I hope you will consider adding better lighting to the parking area for future guest safety.

Definitely stay here
Great hotel nice and quiet and clean. Room is comfortable and modern. Bathroom is nice and I loved the shower had great water pressure. Staff were professional and easy to talk to. Very functional except it needs a chair to work if your on business and need to work out of your room. Overall love this place

Great spot in Framingham just behind Renaissance on Route 9. Easy to access and park.
Room was nice with a nearly full kitchen, dark curtains, great bed and shower.
The staff was great and the breakfast was good.

Definitely recommend
This place is newly renovated. Enjoyed the kitchenette and spacious suite. The 24 hour gym fully loaded and the daily breakfast is really good. But the highlight was one of the Managers on duty, Neveen. Whatever issue we had, from housekeeping to room adjustments, she handled it well and quickly. She made everything smooth for us. We will come back.
