The staff were all very kind from the man who checked us in at 130am after our flight got cancelled, to the woman who handled the breakfast buffet which was legit, and the manager? who checked us out and drove us to the rental car place at DFW - Carol. We really appreciated the service we got in such a crazy situation. THANK YOU FOR YOUR KINDNESS we had a pleasant stay at your hotel! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely disgusting do not stay
The room was disgusting, it had a very weird smell in it, it had feces on the toilet seat, vape wrappers and stains all over the room, aswell as trash all over the floors. We went downstairs at asked about getting a refund due to the fact we just drove 11 hours and this was at midnight, the people in the lobby and the workers behind the desk all agreed that was disgusting. Especially after we showed the pictures. They told us that they would be able to cancel it and get us a refund, and to call when the manager was present. We ended up calling the following day when the manager was on duty.We ended up wiping down the toilet seat to see if it was either a stain and we realized what it was. After getting yelled at and calling us liars, saying the owner checked the room. They refused a refund saying the owner decided it wasn’t worth it. Overall I was very disappointed with the way the management handled the situation. The people at the front desk did nothing wrong and I hope when they read this that they know we aren’t upset with them in the slightest. I’d highly recommend that people do not stay here just off of the customer experience alone. Which it really sucks to say as me and my I heard and read many great things and we were looking towards staying.

We booked at the last minute due to flight delays, I thought it was going to be much closer to DFW than it was and also assumed the free shuttle advertised on the Expedia page ran 24/7. It was non refundable and as soon as we booked it we called to ask for the shuttle to pick us up and that’s when they said it’s only 8am-8pm. Uber was $65 at night to the hotel. The room was non smoking but smelled so much like smoke in the entrance and bathroom. Beds were very comfortable large and clean. Breakfast was fine: make your own waffles, there was yogurt, some kind of pastry, English muffin, coffee , scrambled eggs, potatoes. We were just thankful not to sleep at the airport. The lady who drove us to the airport the next morning in her minivan, which is the shuttle, was very nice and friendly

My room was terrible. There was what looked like pet hair in the sheets. There was a paper wristband on the floor from a previous guest. I did not stay. I felt like something was biting me when I laid on the bed.
