Great location near the airport, publix supermarket opposite. Large rooms with a kitchen. Breakfast was fresh and tasty . Room was clean with everything you needed . Would stay again after a 10 hour flight from the uk

Not impressed despite recent Reno

This supposedly is a recently renovated hotel, but the renovation seems to have been just a bandaid on top of an old hotel.
The hallways have a bright fresh carpet, but the overall brown decor is dark and drab, making the place still feel dingy and outdated.
Plus
-location is across from a Publix
-kitchen is convenient
Misses
-No mobile check in
-Front desk staff was nice enough on check in, but no upgrade was offered for my Marriott elite status
-Room- studio was a good size (typical layout for RI), but very dark with dim lighting.
-AC was very loud and with an even louder boom whenever it kicked on or off
-Kitchen- a good size and well equipped, but the microwave was old with burn marks inside and the fridge door was dented. So expect old reused appliances
-Bathrooms- no soap holder or tissue box holder etc. large sink area but the shower closet area with the commode was a little tight.
-Housekeeping- no bath rug towel present on arrival. But otherwise was ok.
Overall not impressed. Still feels old after its supposed renovation. It’s not terrible, but could be wayyy better. Will look for elsewhere when back in Melbourne.

Hotel was very clean, staff was so friendly (my family has brought this up multiple times since we have been home)- and the rooms were great! I never made it to breakfast but heard that was great too. We were there for bball so had some early early mornings and missed it most days but for those that had it, they said it was good.
Additionally the convenience store area was well stocked with some great options, the pool was really nice and it was a great place to call home for a week! We even used the grills outside one evening, saw a launch, and just had a really nice time. 10/10 would recommend!

We were on the fifth floor
They were doing some major carpet cleaning before our arrival
Unfortunately, the fifth floor smelled like sour milk had been spilled, smelled absolutely horrible.
Luckily, the smell was not noticeable in our room #501.
I reported this nasty smell to the front desk.

A short stop over after a long flight from the UK.
Staff are really nice, breakfast is adequate, rooms were very clean & comfortable.
The pool was a bonus.
The area is very quiet!
Right across the street you have a publix very handy.
