Absolutely Horrifying Stay

I came here hoping for a quiet place to stay while my dad was in the hospital. What I walked into felt like a scene from a nightmare.
The room was filthy — no towels, a used washcloth hanging in the shower, and dust so thick it looked painted on. The carpet hadn’t been vacuumed in what seemed like months, littered with toenails and bits of skin. There was a man’s jacket hanging in the corner, a broken ice bucket, and a ripped shower curtain. The counters were grimy, the tub filthy, and the sheets full of hair that clearly wasn’t mine.
Then I saw the cockroaches — one about three inches long crawling down the wall toward the pillow, another wandering across the floor. That was it for me.
I left a note asking for a refund, dropped my key at the window (there was no real lobby, just a bell no one answered), and drove away as fast as I could. The man at the desk, “Vicki,” didn’t seem to care at all. I’d been there less than 40 minutes. When I finally got ahold of the manager, “Nick,” three days later, he refused a refund, saying I hadn’t “complained enough.” to warrant a refund. So rude and condescending.
One look at that room was more than enough. It was absolutely disgusting. I wouldn’t wish that experience on anyone.

Nasty.the shower didn't have pressure. Beds are uncomfortable. Will not be staying here again.

We survived, at least. Had to go to nearby Walmart to buy towels due to the "white" towels were heavily stained. Looks like the motel also rented out low income long-term tenants. It's a very old property with minimal upkeep. No toiletries or shampoos provided. To end on a positive note, the A/C in our room worked well.

It did not allow anybody into the lobby. Showed that they had breakfast but does not have it anymore. It would have been good to know that ahead of time. The parking lot looked like a junkyard with the broken down vehicles that were being worked on. Staff was not very friendly. The room smelled, had a broken luggage rack, and the ironing board was ripped. Will not be staying there again and suggest others do not stay.
