It’s a most

Went for my anniversary and loved it we going back this year we enjoyed ourselves the food was great you can smell the beach thank you to everyone they made us feel like family thanks to all the staff

Never again!

Stayed here for one night and was one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed! First all, on hotels.com, it states twice they have 24 hr front desk services. I knew we would be coming to town late and called to verify this. I got a nasty response of “No we close from 12am-7am”. So if I have any problems I can’t contact anyone until the next day. I should’ve went with my gut but it was cheap and we needed it for one night.
We got into town earlier than expected and checked in around 10pm. We were told that we got upgraded to an oceanfront room! We got the keys and went upstairs, our door was so stuck we almost couldn’t get in. When we got in, I always check for bugs and didn’t see any. However everything else I saw was so bad it made me want to leave but I was so tired from driving, I decided to stay. I refused to take off my socks due to how gross the floor was. Our sink handle was so rusty and gross like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. Our microwave was missing and the stove and oven are completely unusable. The WiFi never worked, the balcony was awful.
Leaving the next morning after checkout, we noticed there aren’t maids who clean but an old nasty man who’s smoking going into rooms to pull sheets and towels! I’d NEVER stay here again!

Worst hotel ever!

We arrived and immediately refused to stay..it looked like a crime scene. Owner will not take calls and refuses refund. I have tried to get help from booking.com but they say it's the owner that is the problem.

DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT .

We booked the hotel for 3 nights. Upon arriving at the hotel we instantly saw it was far different than that of the pictures shown via the website. When entering the room, we were stunned by how different the room was compared to the pictures. Firstly, we tried turning on the lights; they were, however, broken and thus we were only able to use the lamps and bathroom as lighting. The smell from this room was terrible, something one should never smell upon arriving at the hotel. We, too, saw rodents. Completely unacceptable. We only stayed at the hotel for about 20 minutes because of how bad it was. After this terrible experience we went down to the lobby to request a refund. We explained how it was different from the pictures and how it was unacceptable. We were immediately told she could not do anything and that she would email the manager for the refund. Nobody had contacted us ever. We strongly recommended nobody go to this hotel; save your money.

Never again

Check in time is at 3:00, had to wait an hour in the parking lot for an hour to get in our room. Three other groups was waiting as well. Carpet was in horrible shape. Got up in the middle of the night and seen roaches in the bathroom. And not just one or two. Will never stay at this motel again.
