Bed wasn't the best there was no ice machine or blow dryer for your hair. Overall staff was great room was very clean. Property well lighted and very clean. Great place to stay for the price.

The room was not clean at all. The toilet paper roll was used and was just folded and stamped. The toilet was broken and wouldn’t flush. The shower curtain had mold in the bottom corners. The bathroom sink was not wiped down. The floors were very dirty. Very disappointed in this stay.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY EVER, blankets are dirty on 2 different rooms, bathroom drains clogged, noise on the upper room extremely high, windows contains do not cover sun lights or street lights, horrible.

Tanisha from the day shift and the young Hispanic guy with the curly hair from the night shift were great and helped us in every was possible ( please give them a raise) but everybody else did a terrible job. Upon arrival, the elevator was broke. We were not warned that the building was under construction on the 4th floor from a leak, which is probably gonna end up being a bad case of organic growth due to me & my husband getting sick on our 2nd day there. Also, we asked for 2 rooms to be side by side so our teenage kids could be next door to us. We were assured that this would be accommodated but after making a 21-hr drive from Texas to Naples we learned that we had to get a room on the 3rd floor and our kids had to have a room on the 4th floor, and our kids’ room only had 1 bed. Did I mention the A/C didn’t work in either room? Then they “tried” to accommodate us the next day by giving us 2 rooms on the first floor but the A/C wasn’t working too good in our kids’ room and it was a weird stench lingering around in our room. My husband works in the maintenance field back home and thinks it’s some mold forming somewhere in the building due to the leak on the 4th floor the front desk attendant mentioned to us. The short lady with the glasses that worked the morning shift was VERY unprofessional and rude and made us feel UN-welcomed. I DO NOT recommend this hotel to anybody unless you are in DYING need of a quick room for the night.

AVOID - AVOID - AVOID - Sleep in Your Car if this Hotel is Your Only Option
The only (+) thing I can say about this dump is that it had hot water and good water pressure in the shower. Everything else was HORRIBLE! Never have I stayed in a hotel that gave you "towels" so thin that using paper towels would have been better. Not to mention the "pillows" are as thin as a worn out blanket. The "bed" if you want to call it that was terrible and was basically something you would expect to find in a college dorm, with no covering over the plastic legs. The "kitchen" has no furnishing at all, not even paper towels. If you plan to stay there for an extended period be prepared to bring your own dishes, glasses and dish soap. The "chair" literally had the plastic peeling away in the seat and was so wobbly, I was afraid to use it. The "bathroom" vanity had paint all over it that clearly had not been cleaned up after the attempt of a renovation. The light fixture was rusted and the globes were twisted. And please, the shower curtain was down right NASTY!! After spending a long day in Naples, I seriously considered driving home another 3 hours to avoid having to stay here. It honestly was that bad. Thank goodness I only had to stay there 1 night, which was 1 night too many. NEVER EVER will I be back to this dump!
