This hotel is located in the beautiful Cascade Mountains just outside of Redmond, Oregon. A variety of activities, such as guided mountain bike tours and whitewater rafting can be booked through the property's on-site concierge.

The resort lodge rooms were dated. Great amenities, golf course view with beautiful sunrise. Nice staff.

Won't return!
We have traveled a great deal in our lives. Now 72, and his was one of the worst hotels we have stayed in. You have to ask to have your room serviced and tell them what you want! Room with 2 queens was almost claustrophobic. I have monitors bigger than the TV. Outside the sliding door our area was full of bird dropping. Outdoor pool was missing so much caulking. Price was very reasonable, so I guess you get what you pay for.

Had to switch rooms because the AC in the bedroom was too loud and the pull up couch was not flat and not comfortable.
Unable to set the temperature in the room.
Staff was not very knowledgeable about the place, where things were and the hours.
If you go to the Silverleaf cafe on site don't order the grilled cheese, for $15 you'll get very low quality bread and cheese, not worth it.
The pools were ok, the site is nice for the price but we won't be going back.

We checked in for a week-long stay at The Lodge at Eagle Crest, and to say it was a major disappointment is an understatement. For the price you pay to stay here, you expect decent accommodations and basic hospitality—neither of which were delivered.
The room itself felt completely neglected. The furniture was severely worn out and dated, but worse than its appearance was its functionality. The chair and couch had zero support left; you’d sit down and immediately sink straight through because the springs were completely shot. To top it off, the mattress sagged terribly, making a good night's sleep nearly impossible.
Housekeeping was virtually non-existent. For three days in a row, we tried to get our room cleaned. Trash was piling up, and we had to resort to walking down to the front desk ourselves just to get fresh towels. After continuous hassle, our room was finally cleaned for the first time on our very last night.
Paying premium rates for sunken furniture and a complete lack of basic service is unacceptable. Save your money and stay somewhere that actually values its guests.

Our room was very clean, and staff was very helpful. We especially appreciated the keurig coffee machine in the kitchenette. Having the bedroom with its own sink was great for privacy and helping me sleep when other people were up and about. I used the fitness center and pool/hot tub. The facilities were in great shape and pleasant to use. This was my second time staying here and it has been great both times.
