When I arrived my room was on the second floor and I was unable to do stairs. The person who waited on me found a first floor room and I was so grateful!

There were not handrails for the pool or the hot tub. The handicapped chair was not functional, and the staff did not seem to care. The beds were inconsistent. There was one very soft bed and One very firm bed. Fortunately, we brought foam toppers to make it OK for the night.
The website said a breakfast was provided and they said they do not include a breakfast when we arrived.
The pool temperature was very cold. There were no towel racks in the bathroom. And they gave us One towel per person. The Air conditioner was very inconsistent.

It is definitely more like motel 6 or super 8 in the elegance of a place. The jetted tub in room was nice. The room smelled like someone had smoked in it. The bathroom door squeaked like it needed wd40. No one was at front desk to ask any questions to, one had to call for assistance. The pool wasn't too bad. Over all not too bad for a short stay.

Hot tub, pool area super clean and the days we were there for travel, the hotel was quiet. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is very affordable if you are out and about in the White Mountains area and just using the hotel for sleep. Rooms very clean and hotel very clean. Will be staying here for all of our trips to the Pinetop area.

We primarily stayed here because of the indoor pool and hot tub. We used it three out of the 4 days we were there. The price for the four nights we stayed was very reasonable. We really like the small table and two chairs in the room where you can sit and eat. Anthony was very pleasant when we were checking in and throughout our stay. The room was very clean. We stayed in a room with a Jacuzzi tub in it. We did not use it though because it just didn't look clean. There was a tub in the bathroom and that one was much cleaner. Nice having a full size fridge with freezer. The bed was very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!
