The location was great for our trip to Choctaw. The premises was well maintained and clean. The rooms were comfortable and also very clean. The price for the room was also very reasonable. I would highly recommend this hotel - very good experience

We got stuck in an ADA compliant room, the shower did not properly drain so the water ran out into the rest of the restroom and out into the hallway by the entrance to the room. The hot water handle was also loose for the bathroom sink. For a place that has not been open for very long it is already falling apart & not being maintained properly. I was offered extra Marriott points for my troubles instead of money off the stay but they were never delivered.

Courtyards have become my first choice. They are the most consistent in comfort and cleanliness by far. This location in Sherman TX is brand new. If our daughter goes to college in this area, this is the place we will book!

I will say this. The rooms were nice. They were comfortable. The problem we had was we were told at check in that they had starbucks, breakfast and happy hour. The man that checked me in was so unfriendly and gave false information. The young girl that came in that evening was the sweetest and very helpful. She apologized for the misinformation. She stated it was a staffing shortage but that none of these amenities would be available for us. I mean come on Marriott, do better!

Everything about this hotel was great! The room was large, the bed was comfortable and it was exceedingly clean. The front desk staff was friendly and thorough. We will definitely stay here again,
