The staff is top tier, very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was fresh just wish they had non-pork meat options. I highly recommend, my stay was peaceful and I will definitely reserve again

Hi for the most part the room was put together very nicely all the amenities were very helpful clean and convenient however during bedtime I noticed I was itching excessively me and my son and it felt like there may have been fleas in a bit I had to get up 10:00 at night and request another room the staff was kind of rude when I told her what I was experiencing the lady at the front desk I'm not sure her name but they offered me another room but I had to I had to move all my luggage all my things it was very inconvenient not too happy about that not to mention this is the same room they gave me last time as if they know that room it's not the best one because that was the only one that they were able to give me which was weird but no it was definitely some fleas i
n that room or something along those lines not happy camper !!!

worst hotel room in american

worst hotel known to humankind. its really that bad. everything was broken, nothing worked, room was filthy, there were no pillows and stickers all over my blanket, and goo all over the room. i have photo and video evidence.

Great location, ok rooms, breakfast to be desire. Shame for a Hilton.

Great location, ok rooms, evening front desk staff nice. We will definitely need to re-evaluate the level of cleaning and maintenance because it is starting to show, especially in the bathroom and tub area. I couldn't give more stars, I was generous with 3 stars, but one bad apple could ruin a great vacation, and breakfast was that apple, and unfortunately, it looks like it's a little bit of staff problem and management because the staff would not act so " don't care " attitude if it was not coming from the management, the top brass. I see that they are trying to cut cost but when you run out of food, and it's not even 8 a.m., then it's a problem. No manager in sight, and the morning front desk and staff know that they are covering up for management in the morning because when they become rude for inquiring for a manager, then you know that the situation will never change.

Very clean and nice. Room and bathroom were spotless and updated. Breakfast was great and staff very friendly!
