Amazing family experience
This was our second time in this amazing hotel and I can’t recommend it enough. I stayed in many 5 star hotels and this is certainly one of the best hotel experiences one can have in the region. The location itself is amazing, a dining terrace overlooks the main square and the lake And most of the attractions are within walking distance. The facilities - our kids (5,5 And 3 years old) enjoyed the playroom so much - they didn’t want to go out for hours, which gave us some time to enjoy amazing restaurant Kalem by Zak. The pool area was also spectacular and never too crowded despite the peak season - it is huge and childrens loved it. But besides the impeccable cleanliness of each And every area of this amazing hotel, special shout out goes to its staff - everyone starting from the incredibly kind, knowledgable and friendly reception staff, to kitchen employee Milena who made special type of omlette for our picky eaters every single morning. As someone teaching tourism and hospitality, I have to say that most of the hotels in the region should learn from hotel Zlatibor, in both managerial and HR aspect. We will certainly come back soon And we just hope you will maintin the quality of service and wonderful staff you have.

Zlatibor hotel and residences
We stayed at the residences which are in the same building as hotel and they share common areas. However there are various entries and the doors are opened all the time without reception so esentialy anyone can go into the building. I did not find it ok to have beggars coming into the lobby caffe at the 4 stars asking for money. Nobody is actualy stopping them and they walk arround hotel and residences common areas without any interruptions. Our door lock was really lose, essentialy anyone could get in the room with a little bit stronger push. Other thing to be aware of is that it was very hard to sleep with the fire alarm lights blinking all the time at the sealing. It was like we were at the airport runway all night with the lights blinking. And the problem is that they were so strong that even with the eyes closed you could see the blinks. Very interupting. In June we had winter duvets, so it was very hot for a winter duvet, but cold to be completely uncovered. Positive things are that food is nice and staff is kind, SPA was nice though you always need to wait for the guy at the bar to appear so that he can take your order... SPA recption staff made me go back to the locker room and take the towels from the basket (which are there provided by the SPA itself), and throw them into the basket which is in front of them so they could count that I have returned the correct number of towels, which made me feel like I was at police station for towels- like I paid a fair amount of money to stay at the residences and now apparently I will steal towels? That made me feel really disrespected and just humiliated for no reason at all.

Hotel is modern and feels luxury.
Hotel is modern and feels luxury. Spacious rooms, staff are very supportive during morning and afternoon shifts. If anything required in the evening they will advise to comeback in the morning for assistance. HK might enter the room even with DND button on, so be prepared. Food was amazing with variety options. Amazing spa and pools facilities. Most of the time hotel was fully booked with football teams. Location is perfect, you can easily walk to the center blvd and experience weekly events going on at the square. Special thanks to Suzana and all Receptionist, and Danko, Jasna, Jovan who was very helpful and supportive!

Very bad experience
We were this hotel's guests several times as we were very pleasantly surprised the first time we were there a year ago.
Now the service and overall impression has dropped from 10 to 1.
- The room we got - the card doesn't work, "someone from the technician team will come, here's the key for you in the meantime" - of course, for 3 days no one even deigned to show up
- Towel dryer/warmer in the bathroom - it doesn't work... "the technician teamwill come to take a look"... you guessed it, no one came
- Pools - The water is extremely cold, 15-16 degrees, the jacuzzi part with "hot water" does not exceed 25-26.
- Salt room - not working
- Wellness bar - No trace of anyone in there.
What is really commendable is the kitchen and staff at the "Ruj" restaurant, they are amazing, from the waiters and hosts to the chefs. The food is fantastic.
Certainly, not enough to make it our choice for accommodation and stay the next time we come to Zlatibor.

We won't come again!!
This is our second time here and we came for the weekend. And everything seems to be fine, but today during dinner we came across a pointed piece of plastic with sides 1/1 cm in the salad! They called the chief, he took it and said that he would find out the origin. Instead, he disappeared into the kitchen and destroyed it. Every day of our stay here costs 39,000 thousand dinars and we want to get safety for this money!! We are shocked!
