Quiet and peaceful

If you are looking for quiet and peace and a chance to disconnect, this place is perfect.
A tour of the estate allowed us to immerse ourselves into Sri Lankan culture and learn more about tea harvesting.
The staff is very kind and the food is excellent.

Delightful

This is a delightfully atmospheric place. The lawn, the views and the endlessly helpful staff make it a pleasure to spend a few days. Chef Kunar was fantastic.

A family getaway

We booked the entire bungalow as it was a family gathering. Staff gave us a very warm welcome!! Hospitality of the staff and their service is commendable! Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Garden view from the rooms with overlooking hills is breathtaking. Spacious garden with sun beds is ideal to relax with the cool breeze and plenty of birds to watch. Culinary skills of chef Kumara was incredible!! He served us with authentic Sri Lankan cuisines and western dishes they were delicious!! To have evening tea with butter and chocolate cake was wonderful!! We all had a great chat in their cosy sitting area with lots of laughter and fun!! It was a home away from home!! Evening and morning walks in the tea plantation was great relaxing . Manager Gayan made sure we were very comfortable in every aspect and he came to meet us several times!! If it was not for Sadaruwan I would have missed this bungalow. A big thank you to the great team Gayan, Sadaruwan and Kumar who made our stay memorable!! I would recommend this lovely bungalow to any other guest without hesitation and also I would love to come back again!!

A stay to remember

Originally a home and it felt like home. The grounds are gorgeous , with beautiful views, so many birds and colorful flowers, and we were lovingly cared for by the sweet staff. Chef Kumar’s food was delicious! Meena was so warm and lovely and treated us like family.
