NEVER, NEVER stay here!
No friendly for families with kids! Owner totally does not tolerate them.
Kitchen for extra fee :-(
Yes, rooms are clean and everything inside is new, but owner is crazy… He just threw us out with a baby and a lot of luggage in the rain. He did it after we stayed 3 nights, although we agreed to stay in his hotel for 3 weeks. Why? Because we moved table to another place near our room (of course, we asked other guests before if it’s ok for them). The owner forgot that we were his guests, not subordinates. He shouted at us that it’s his hotel and his rules. But we only moved the table, nothing more!! (to have more space for baby, and my husband could work with a laptop). And, we agreed to move it back. BUT owner said that we have to find another place for staying.
We were shocked by this situation…
Another interesting moment: owner’s kids very often came to our room, stayed near the door and just looked at us, what we do inside It was really uncomfortable.
And one more thing. There is a diesel generator in this place which might look like a convenient thing. But if you are unlucky to live in the ground floor, you will be surprised by the amount of noise this generator produces just couple meters from your room’s door. In our case diesel generator was turned on at 10pm when baby was already sleeping.
So if you want to keep your nerves and not spoil your vacation, it is better to avoid this place.

Calm & Peaceful Stay - Close to Hiriketiya Beach
The rooms were very clean & tidy. The owner was very polite and supportive when providing information. Highly recommended for a Solo Traveler or Family.
