Super clean, neat and convenient! Literally 3min walking to the beach

I didn't expect much. It was my first time not staying at a hotel or hostel but I am so happy I chose to go for a change. It is really close to the beach - max 3 min walking distance. Yet you get a really authentic feel as the house is in a small, cozy lane - you feel like a local but don7t have to worry about anything as the level of maintenance is higher than in many hotels that I have visited. Super neat, clean and convenient. Great design and great feeling. The green huge trees covering the streets and smiley local neighbours make your stay really cozy. Besides that the owners really care even about small things and they take your stay very seriously.

Wonderful

Very nice, great room very quiet, clean, close to everything, I do recommed. I love the stay. Close to the beach and shops. You can also experience the kidness of the locals, its like living in Sri Lanka:).

Amazing

I recommend Madla rooms if you want to get to know Real Srí Lanka. Beautiful clean and stylish rooms, great owners that can communicate in both Czech and English. Great food. We will definitely come back in the future.

Great stay!

We booked 4 nights in December but extended for 4 more nights!
Rooms are modern, beautifully designed and the top is bathroom - the best bathroom we had during our trip around Sri Lanka. Property is in quiet area and beds very comfortable so you will have good sleep there. The owners are very kind people and will help you with transport anywhere.
Only few minutes from Weligama beach - try surfing there, it is fun.

Loved it!

We stayed there as a couple in December; the room was wonderful. Felt brand-new even though they have opened last year. Not only clean, but also very pleasant colours/interior chosen. Thank you Sameera and his parents for the hospitality. We didn't try to breakfast (which was recommended) simply because we never knew when we would get up of what our schedule would be. It's a short walk to the beach (but you need to cross the road), that's ok. The Nomad Cafe nearby was the best breakfast I've ever had! We would definitely come back if we go to Weligama again! Thank you.
