Amazing stay

Best place we stayed in Sri Lanka. This place is extremely unique and special. The manager and staff are amazing and the villas / rooms extremely comfortable. Location is great as the villas are in a serene garden but within 2 minutes you’re on the beach. Would def stay again.

Wonderfull place and owner

Very nice place for group of friends or family. Villas in large garden with squirrels and birds. Nice swimming pool. Very very nice owner carrying and great hospitality. Tasty breakfast, every day something different.

Like a paradise

Loved our stay at whispering house for 3 nights in dec, upal was really helpful and made us some amazing breakfast with help from his son. The house, pool and gardens were beautiful and we would love to return another time. A short walk away from the beaches and restaurant

Best stay in Sri Lanka

Never write reviews but feel compelled to write about Whispering House.It was perfect. Beautiful rooms and veranda. The outdoor space filled with plants and a swimming pool. We spotted peacocks and monkeys and all kinds of birds. The stay was so peaceful and calm. It's only 5 minutes from Goyambokka Beach and there are a few restaurants along the road.
We had our own kitchen with a fridge which was stocked with beer and water.
We could make tea and coffee whenever wanted.
It was all just so easy.
The people running the place could not have been more helpful, sweet and accommodating. We had the most delicious breakfast every day where they adapted it to our needs. We even had dinner one night which was amazing. Can not fault our stay. Just delightful for the five nights we stayed there.

Magical time at Whispering House and Silent House

We stayed for three weeks in February and took over both properties which are located in the same beautiful gardens as we wanted exclusivity and privacy and no one else in our delicious pool. Upul and Sandeep the hosts were most helpful with any issues we had which were mainly outside of their control, and we had a truly lovely stay.
