Great place!
Brittney at Frenz was very welcoming helpful and informative! The rooms were bright clean and well decorated. The kitchen had modern appliances and has everything you need for a great stay. It was ideally situated to reach all the attractions in soufriere and was with walking distance of grocery shopping and local bars, restaurants and beach.

An inn looking at the mountains on the national flag
It is a short walk from the centre of the sea, but it was a room with a full view of Petit Piton Mountain.
Even though it was a guesthouse, the explanation at check-in was polite and they even arranged for sightseeing consultations.
The room feels clean. If you want, you might want to have curtains on the balcony doors that can be opened and closed.
The light tower you can see through the window is from a small athletics stadium. St Lucia's female athletes won gold in the 100-meter dash at the 2024 Paris Olympics, bringing their first medals, according to the report.
It was an environment that made me think that the children who saw what they were doing would play an active role in many different fields in the future.

Upper Superior apartment is lovely and spacious
We stayed in the Upper superior suite - a two bedroom apartment. It was very comfortable and spacious with nice tile floors and nice furniture. We liked having two bathrooms and large beds. There is a terrace with a view of the pitons. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking. There is a steep flight of stairs up to the apartment but otherwise everything is on a single floor. Even though the stadium is nearby, we didn't hear much noise from the game, which is over by 9pm. The location is in a neighborhood so there are roosters and people working on their houses, however in the apartment, it was quiet. Some construction was going on while we were there but never too early. Walking to Hummingbird beach or the grocery store is about 15 minutes and easy. Valery the owner/manager is easy going and very good on communications. However checking didn't go as smoothly as I would have liked because the person who was supposed to let us in wasn't there when we arrived. She thought we'd call her but since we didn't have a local phone line we had to wait until we had wifi. So if you reserve just make sure that you are very clear about arrival expectations and get the wifi passcode in advance so you can call on arrival if needed. I highly recommend Frenz.

Close to Nature
I stayed here for 3 nights while visiting Soufriere. I wanted to be near all the natural attractions and I didn't want an expensive resort. This place was perfect for my needs. The room was large, clean, and had a small kitchen. There was a grocery store about a 5 minute walk. The main part of town is a 10 minute walk. Diamonds falls is a 20 minute walk. The area is residential and felt safe both day and night walking around. The owner was nice and helpful. If you need a simple and clean no frills place to stay near all the natural attractions in St Lucia, then Frenz is worth checking out.

what a find. Everything was spot on. The owner Valerie is passionate about Frenz and his business and you can really tell, he cares about every detail, checks in with guests is really helpful on any questions, gives guests great insight into the local culture and is a really friendly and lovely St Lucian host. The studio was extremely clean very well equipped, modern, great air-conditioning, TV that you could Netflix, fully stocked kitchen, powerful shower, really comfy massive bed, outdoor area with beautiful local flowers and vegetation including passionfruit and grapes I could not have asked for anything more. The location is excellent two minutes to a local shop and bakery in one direction and four minutes to a big supermarket in the other direction not forgetting the eight minute walk to the beach, and three minute walk to the best lunch place in town Fedos. I am a solo female traveller and felt very safe at all times, locals were really friendly and my morning walk was never short of a ‘good morning’ greeting
