Great things to say about the location, staff, and property but there's one thing that might affect an overall recommendation. It wasn't made clear in any of the welcome emails (6 in all) from the hotel that the city was under a government weather warning the day that I arrived. This lowers my overall rating to a 3 star experience as a visiting guest are not made aware of government announcements regarding extreme weather that may affect your stay.

Disappointing
I stayed at the hotel on two different days and used two different rooms. Pros: • Very good location, central and easy to reach • Friendly and helpful staff Cons: • Parking: Contrary to expectations, there was no parking available. • On the first day, I had to avoid a side street and return to the parking meter regularly to pay up. • On the second day, I was directed to the parking garage at the Opera House, which means a comparatively long and cumbersome walk to the hotel with luggage. • Dealing with lost items: • I forgot a charging cable in my first room and reported it directly at check-out. • I was assured that the room was free and the cable would be put aside. • However, at later check-in and request, the charging cable was no longer detectable, although no other guest was said to be in the room. Conclusion: The location and staff are to be emphasized positively. However, the lack of parking facilities and the handling of lost property are clear weaknesses that should be improved.

I will not return to this hotel unless there are no others
Correct room hotel too but the receptionist very average bordering on arrogance see incompetence
In the evening I couldn’t get a bottle of sparkling water for the room but I was offered it at the bar but in glass
