This motel was good. I do think maybe it is used by prostitute as they have a sign to rent a room for 1,2 or 3 hours and have a condom next to the bed lol but if you put the fact that many a man has had a good restful hour out of your head when trying to fall asleep it was nice. The toilet had an open top so smell and sound can be heard in the bedroom but if your married and comfortable with each other that’s not an issue either. Was clean and tidy. Did find a hair in the bed but commercial laundry’s can’t be perfect. We had dinner at the end of the street and over the road and a 7/11 was on the corner too which was handy.

For some reason, although we arrived pretty late in the evening at 11pm, our room took 25 mins to prepare. There is no lobby or area where you can wait. The rooms themselves are quite nice, and the breakfast was okay.

I booked this for my daughter who was traveling home from study abroad in Tainan and flying out of Taoyuan. She arrived at 10:30pm which is 4 1/2 hours past check in time. Room was not ready, so they rushed cleaning a room. She got in about 30 min late and at least bedding had been changed but

Chao motel was absolutely amazing really clean and the rooms are fabulous even the staff are very helpful and friendly the only issue was language barrier but other than that it was a beautiful stay even breakfast was good
