Great location

Everyone is so friendly, you can smoke in a patio attached to room. The ocean was wonderful so we never got in the pool besides there being so much to see! Best value and close to the beach.! Great Koi pond. Close to fabulous food and drink as well!

Nice and Cozy

Stayed here for one night, this hotel is nice and cozy, near good restaurant and market. A little bit far from pattaya is nice and quiet, clean room and bed feel comfy.
With a limited parking lot you have to park outside hotel but not far from hotel.

You will read reviews here for this so-called hotel, I just visited March 2021, and if the other people staying at this hotel would explain the truth about the staff and the worst hotel EVER FOR NOISE, yes by the pool area there is noise but the hotel room is right in the pool, and you will get Thai people staying from Pattaya who just do not stop making noise, the door slamming is way beyond too much, it is just impossible to relax, or do not even think about sleeping at this hotel, I moved from the upstairs room, which was crazy. THE NOISY MAIDS JUST SHOUT all day along with the guests again SLAMMING the doors of the hotel's rooms, it is not just me and the time I went, if you book at any time of the year you will get the noise from people speaking in the next room to you, and the way the rooms are built with weak walls and doors the pulling of doors echos all around the hotel, the staff did not think to ask me if I would like help with my luggage[3 bags] downstairs, I have a walking stick, they did help after I complained to them, what they were doing in this hotel, do not even think about booking here, unless you wear big aircraft ear muffs all day long.

Fantastic People

Stayed for a few nights and just wished we had booked longer. A wonderful small hotel where the staff are really helpful and friendly. Very clean and tidy.with a welcoming little pool. A lovely place.

Tea and coffee

I arrived early as I had an early flight.
I used to live in Bangsarey so I knew the town and had looked at this hotel before. My intention was to drop off suitcases and go and meet people for coffee etc and back to hotel. Early check in was going to cost 300bht . I had already agreed to pay extra 200bht per night for room upgrade to enable ground floor room and not 3 flights of stairs . No cards only cash. I paid in full for 6 nights. No tea and coffee facilities in room. Have to go to lobby for such. No hairdryer, safe at extra cost. No privacy when curtains opened no breakfast included at 1200bht for night. I moved hotel 2nd night, loosing my money. But for piece of mind and an enjoyable stay in BS.
Rules in Pimpisa were unreal.
