The room was very clean, the bed and the pillow were very soft, the staffs were very friendly, good support, the breakfast was very delicious, the room was very near to the beach, the location was the best in Koh Chang, this trip was my 1st time to this island, very impressed

Room and views were nice. Pool bar and drinks prices was good. Facilities were limited, breakfast just OK, a lot of plastic and rubbish on the surrounding beaches. I was expecting nice white sandy beaches but instead there were a lot of shells and rocks. No shuttle from hotel to White Sands and taxi was THB500 each way!

Quiet bay; we will return

We returned to stay at this bay a year on. The 9 rooms are a few paces away from the water; the massage service is excellent. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. It’s one of several resorts on a gated bay so life is quiet. All hotels ebb and flow according to guests; large families can disturb the ambiance but the bay is quieter than most. The pool is great for lengths and the pool bar has a lovely atmosphere at sunset. There is only one tide a day; our stay was perfect with high tide all morning for swimming and long beach walks out at sunset to the water’s edge. (Approximately 300metres) It’s sandy and shelves gently. Happy hour is 4-6pm and we ate twice in the restaurant. We enjoyed the calm breakfast atmosphere and selection; the salad was fresh and egg station efficient. The small number of rooms reduces breakfast queuing for coffee etc. There are several other local restaurants on the site which we rated and very popular. This year we didn’t take the free shuttle to the village and 7/11.
It’s perfectly situated close to the ferry for transfers.
The reception check in is at the main gate with a free shuttle to the rooms.
Our only request would be to change the rope sunbeds!; they are so uncomfortable and the back rake can’t be adjusted for reading etc. Other guests on site commented too. The beds at the beach area are much better options but in demand because guests come up from Marina Sands etc.
We didn’t attend the movie night; mainly for children who also loved the zip wire and climbing equipment.
The last thing to note is that we were bitten by mosquitoes despite using repellent. The cleaners leave the doors open so we had mosquitoes in the room. Repellent is on sale in the room. We also had clouds of mosquitoes in our costumes left overnight outside on the drying rack. It’s an issue for me and other guests had nasty bite marks so you’ll have to manage the risk.

It's a dream but also remote

The 9 junior suites are distributed over three houses that are directly next to each other.
The location is a dream 5 meters from the more with small garden and two loungers.
Also the beach is very nice and it is a quiet place. Some say loud children shouting what we can't confirm, but can be anywhere ,it's not an adult resort.
Negative is the breakfast, at least for Europeans, only toasted bread ,little fruit we have brought ourselves fruit for breakfast costs little here anyway.
A little tip: There is a nasty restaurant menu in which bowls ,fruits etc. are also offered ,why not have such a thing for breakfast ?
Otherwise, the sunscreens are littered with holes.
Nevertheless, this facility is recommended .

Safe value

The second stay at this hotel so much our first visit had left us on an excellent impression. Confirmed impression, successful experience , great stay! Nice bungalow on long and beautiful beach. Tranquility assured, very decent breakfast, always perfect service, we enjoyed everything! And come back to it.
