Great instagram location, poor place to actually star

We didn’t enjoy our stay here. The hotel is beautifully designed as others have said but we found it to be impractical. For example, the stylish bedside lamps were so big there was nowhere left to put a book or anything else beside the bed. But the biggest let down for us was the service. At the check in we were told “please look after the room and do not cause any damage. We will charge you if you do and there is a price list in the room (there was)”. This made us feel as if we were being treated like naughty children and was very unwelcoming. We also got no help at all with our luggage. The place is full of CCTV cameras which added to the feeling of not being trusted. We felt that we just could not relax. Once we got in our room we took photos of every little mark and scuff because we thought we might be accused of being responsible and made to pay. And while the room was superficially very clean we found animal droppings (mouse or gecko perhaps) around the window (behind the curtains) and on the floor by the bed. I reported this on checking out and just got a halfhearted ‘sorry’. So in conclusion…great for a photo shoot, not a relaxing place to stay.

Good location. Very new and good design. Clean. Service at the dinning area needs more experience staff.

Worth the price for a quiet getaway

Rooms were pristine and food for breakfast was very good. Bed was comfortable and shower was relaxing. The pool is small but very nice and well maintained. But what stands out to me, what compelled me to write this review, is the staff. Very friendly and attentive.

Service was great. The hotel is a bit further from city center. Room design and furniture are exquisite. By the way, napkins in room were too few. And, no razor provided.
