Superb location

This is 4 star hotel and although it's old, overall still satisfactory stay.
They don't have disposable room slippers, it's reusable which I'm not comfortable (they claimed they cleaned).
Room conditioning is centrally controlled and I can't adjust in room... It's very cold and I had to turn off at some time.
Room 319 faces another building and no view :(
Check in time is after 3pm and even though I arrived around noon, I had to wait. (Maybe hotel is full).
Location is superb. Night bazaar and walking street.
Breakfast is typical and not impressive spread.

we sincerely apologize that several aspects of your stay did not fully meet your expectations. Regarding the room slippers, please be assured that our reusable slippers are professionally cleaned and sanitized after each use in accordance with our hygiene standards and sustainability initiatives. We also regret any discomfort caused by the air conditioning. While our guestrooms are equipped with a centralized air-conditioning system, we understand that individual temperature preferences. Please be assured that we have plans to implement improvements to our air-conditioning system. And the room view, check-in wait, and breakfast selection did not fully meet your expectations. Our standard check-in time is 3:00 PM to ensure every guestroom is thoroughly prepared to our cleanliness standards. However, whenever rooms become available earlier, our team is always pleased to accommodate early check-in whenever possible. We truly appreciate your comments and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back to Dusit Princess Chiang Mai for an even more enjoyable stay in the future.

Clean and comfortable hotel. Nice amenities including the gym and pool. The staff were also real nice. I would definitely stay here again

Room was spacious and clean. We appreciated the complementary fruit and a personal message from the hotel, welcoming us.
Bathroom could be upgraded. The shower is in the bathrub

My first time visiting Chiang Mai was made truly unforgettable thanks to an exceptional stay at the Dusit Princess Chiang Mai. From the moment I arrived, the friendly and incredibly helpful staff made me feel right at home, providing the kind of warm hospitality that sets the tone for a perfect trip. The rooms were spotless and exceptionally well-maintained, offering a comfortable and relaxing retreat after long days of exploring. Its location was absolutely perfect for a first-timer, situated right near the Night Bazaar and Pantip Lifestyle Hub, which served me wonderfully for endless food options and shopping. To top it all off, organizing excursions was completely stress-free, as I was able to book fantastic tours right out of the city directly from the convenience of the hotel lobby.

The hotel was very secure, it has a security person direct traffic right in front of the hotel and it's just across the night market. The hotel only give permission for you to go to the floor of your room, the pool, and the breakfast room. The breakfast is excellent. If I ever go back to Chiang Mai again I would certainly stay in this hotel.
