A wonderful stay in a beautiful hotel
We stayed for 4 nights at Thinyawintra. I was surprised nobody had written a review since 2019! We absolutely loved the hotel. The hotel is very well located, on the edge of the old city. We walked easily to lovely restaurants and amenities. In terms of the hotel, we stayed in a superior room. The room was beautiful- it was decorated with hand carved wooden furniture, and was absolutely huge! Bed was very comfortable, and the jacuzzi bath was a great. We also used the pool facilities which were also great. Overall, a beautiful hotel which had been very carefully and beautifully decorated. The staff were superb. Will recommend to everyone! Thank you

Nice room but bathroom not clean
Spacious room, working jacuzzi, but the bathroom was not cleaned upon arrival: bin had rubbish in it, a used cotton bud was on the floor, there was a long hair on the edge of the jacuzzi and the TV was not working

An add on of my initial stay, the hotel is a little dated but mostly well maintained. You get a nice view of the moat on the higher floors and easy to walk to various sight seeing spots from the hotel.

Wonderful stay in Chiang-Mai
We were spending our honeymoon in Thailand and stayed a couple of nights in Chiang-Mai. The location of the hotel is perfect to explore the city.
The staff is super friendly and helpful and they are speaking nice English ready to help you with everything.
We loved the city and the hotel as well :)
