Nice, Quiet, Just Beautiful

It is a beautiful resort away from noise and crowd with a great view of the mountains. Friendly staff, decent breakfast. We chose the tents for our accommodation just for the experience. The area is tranquil and beautiful.

Great Views poor and unclean accommodation

The Overall standards of the hotel were poor, the views were amazing and location was very peaceful and calming, needs some serious renovations, we were moved from the caravan to the room as apparently due to being a bigger man it wouldn’t of been comfortable however having paid more never got any refund for the change 300 baht but never the less it’s the principle of it, I wish the owners some success as was advised they only have 2 bookings at anyone time I can see why
The value for money isn’t there except for the location I’d seriously pay around 400/500 baht per night for the room provided

Beautiful Room with amazing views

I stayed at Khao Kho Overview Resort for 2 nights with 2 friends.
We booked the Quadruple Room with Mountain View.
Location:
It was very secluded from the town & other resorts. We had a beautiful view of Wat Phra Thart Pha Sorn Kaew from our room.
The accommodation was fairly well signposted from the main road which made it easy to find.
The only con to the location was a dirt road for the last 100m or so to get to the resort. If there has been a lot of rain (what with it being the rainy season) it can be tricky to drive up. However, the owner was kind enough to offer us help when he saw us struggling. If there hasn't been a lot of rain this wouldn't be a problem.
Room:
The room was a really good size, the beds were comfortable and clean. The shower was really good, and clean towels were provided.
Facilities:
The pool looked really nice, though I didn't get to try it because of the rain. Sadly there weren't many food options on-site. There is an evening BBQ option available but we didn't try it.
The breakfast included toast and rice porridge. It was okay, but nothing special. It's better to get there early though if you have it.
The owner was really helpful and nice. Thank you!

Love the view and the large room

Very friendly staffs, big and clean room. Waking up with beautiful mountain view and birds chirping. Very relaxing. There is a strawberry farm at the back, and my boy enjoy himself picking the strawberries.
Simple but delicious breakfast.
It can be hard to find when it was dark. Make sure you know the location.

Simple and clean with friendly staff

The place looks exactly as that in the pictures posted by other travelers. The room is well kept, simple and clean. Staff are very friendly, especially the male staff who received my friends and us on our arrival night and tried to tell us in his limited English what is nice around the area. (He uses google translate to communicate) very thoughtful and patient with us. Breakfast was simple but tasty. Loved their porridge. A simple resort but am amazingly clean!
