집만 괜찮으면 좋은 것이 아니다.
교통이 불편하면 하루에 얼마를 지불하는데 특별한 서비스도 없고 부엌이 있는데 음식을 만들 수가 없이 pots and pans도 없다는 것이다. 그래서 사정을 했는데도 pots and pans을 구비해놓지 못한다고 하고 빨리 오니 혹시 여행상품을 소개해달라고 메일을 보냈는데 장난삼아 답변메일로 thank you 라고남 오고.
사장은 아는 지 모르겠다. 저래서 어떻게 풀빌라라고 명맥을 유지하는가?
참으로 걱정되는 직원들의 응대태도에 화난다. 내 귀중한 가족여행을 가기도 전에 몇번의 메일을 주고 받으며 채식주의자라 주변에 식당도 없다하고 요리하기 원한다고 그만큼 했으면 들어줘야지 뭐 자기들 위주다. 이런 곳에서 아주 안좋은 경험을 하세 해주어 전세계 이런 호텔이 있는지 의야할 정도였고 다시는 내 친구에게도 이런 곳은 가라고 추천하고 싶지 않다. 예약한 사람한테 그런 태도가 말이 되는가?
