Clean. Pool ok, with only 4 sun beds.
Restaurant and bar, stay away.
Warm beer, terrible cocktails, and extremely slow. Food was bad.
Top it up with not helpful staff.

Worst New Year's vacation ever by CC Beach resort at Khanom Nst
1. ห้องพักไม่สะอาดและไม่มีการเปลี่ยนปลอกหมอน
2. การทำความสะอาดห้องล่าช้าทำให้เช็คอินล่าช้า แต่ยังคงกำหนดเวลาเช็คเอาท์เหมือนเดิม
3. ขาดความใส่ใจต่อผู้เข้าพัก โดยพนักงานบางท่านพูดจาไม่สุภาพและแสดงความไม่พร้อมในการให้บริการ
4. ไม่มีการจัดเตรียมสบู่และแชมพูในห้องพัก
5. พนักงานมีการพูดให้คืนห้อง ถ้าเราไม่พอใจ ทั้งที่เราไม่ได้มีการร้องขอหรือแจ้งเรื่องคืนห้องกับทางที่พักเลย เป็นการไม่ให้เกียรติลูกค้า และไม่รับผิดชอบในเรื่องการเสียเวลา และหาที่พักใหม่
เหตุการณ์ดังกล่าวทำให้รู้สึกผิดหวังเป็นอย่างมาก เนื่องจากคาดหวังการบริการที่มีมาตรฐานและใส่ใจต่อลูกค้าในฐานะนักท่องเที่ยวที่ไว้วางใจเลือกใช้บริการของท่านในช่วงเทศกาลขึ้นปีใหม่
I would like to share my disappointment with my recent vacation on January 1, 2025. I experienced the following problems:
1. The room was dirty, and the pillowcases were not changed.
2. Cleaning was delayed, causing a late check-in, but the check-out time stayed the same.
3. Some staff were rude and seemed unprepared to assist guests.
4. The room did not have basic items like soap and shampoo.
5. A staff member suggested me to check-out the room if I wasn’t happy, even though I never requested to check-out. This felt disrespectful and unprofessional, especially considering the time lost and trouble of finding a new place to stay as new year period.
These issues made my vacation very disappointing, especially as I chose your hotel for my New Year’s trip, expecting better service and care.
