It's not rest, it's tension with penalties.

Chose this hotel randomly and only then did I start reading reviews. Everyone resented being fined for staining towels. Very surprised, but I took that into account and brought a towel from home. She washed herself, wiped herself with her own, washed her own head, then dried and slept on it. Funny, of course, but it was just so stressful that I couldn't relax.
We bought a tour for 12 days, and three days before we leave, we come to the hotel and the manager tells us we have all the towels stained and we're charged a 250 baht fine. I'm shocked, I tell him it can't be like this, since we came back late yesterday, bathed and wiped ourselves with a towel, and today we didn't even take him. Anyway, it's useless. And we had a second towel in our room that we didn't even touch. I unwrap it, and there's a black spot in the middle (possibly from oil). I take it and show it. He called the cleaner, who crumpled and brought new things. So they bring in stained towels in advance. But I didn’t give up so easily, I went to the Seven and bought white for 39 baht (I attach a photo of what it looks like), poured all the towels and hung up to dry. The next day she comes running in the morning and I give her the clean! She muttered something, grabbed him, ran to do the laundry, then ran out and gave another silently. And, of course, I don't need to clean it after that, and I put a sign on the door. Well, I left her without a tip. Left her 40 baht each. And the garbage was thrown out every day. I mean, we saved money.
Generally I want to say that the hotel is inhospitable, the owner or manager is generally aggressive and crooked yet. I got a call from my travel agent saying that the guests there had forgotten their phone and that I should grab it. I say: “Well, leave it down.” When she came to pick me up, this one says to me, “300 baht or I will throw it out to sea.” I'm nuts. And also just so angry, aggressive. I say: “I only have 1,000 baht.” He wouldn't even fight back, so I went to the Seven to change. Gave him his 300 baht, and only then did he give it to me.
We didn't go to breakfast at all.
There's a bunch of dogs living outside the hotel and sleeping in the lobby, and in the morning there's barking all over the place with roosters.
We only travelled by taxi, as the location of the hotel is uncomfortable. We downloaded the taxi Bolt.
It's a 10-minute walk to the sea, but the descent is very sharp. Anyone with leg problems, consider that. The coastline is normal.
The hotel doesn't recommend 100%.
It cost us 280tr and I was tense the whole time. I think it's unacceptable. Plus the mattresses are just wooden)))

Watch out!!! Fraudsters!!! Extortionists!!!

We rested in July, when it's not the season. The entire hotel was occupied by 5-7 rooms, but despite this we were occupied by exactly 14.oo (usually we were occupied before if rooms are available). We didn't notice that there were little drops of blood not fully washed on the blanket. A week later, they showed us a photo with blood stains and asked us to pay a fine. We started to resent that we weren't the ones who put them in. The girl went up to the room and turned the blanket away... there was smeared blood but long washed. I was trying to tell you it was already like that. They were silent, but they stopped smiling and changing beds. When leaving the hotel for the reception, they pulled out a blanket and put on a whole show... The attendant tried to explain that we could not leave such stains (the manager blamed me). Of course, if we were to blame, we'd be taking that unfortunate blanket down to the laundry room, and we had a good bleaching powder with us. But they wouldn't let us go on the bus until we paid a 900-baht fine. We gave them 500 because we didn't have any more, but they didn't have enough... With grief in half, they took another 1000 rubles. The attendant said she would write to the hotline about this hotel. You can see that they are frauds (husband at the reception and wife - in the kitchen), and the scheme has been tried already on many tourists. If anyone wants to check in there (the hotel is good), check the bed linen carefully. And there's a bunch of dogs (9-11 grand), seemingly harmless, but barking at our kid, he was scared.

Hotel impression of the country

In Tai, poor quality washing machines and chemical production- make guests wash 2x2 MM mango juice stain on the sheet, it is normal and quick to wash with hands. So Thai washing machines can only do clean laundry? There are no engineers in the country to come up with a washing machine for dirty laundry? In Thai watermelons are scarce - for breakfast they give 3 pieces 5x3 cm per hand. In the tai sparse kitchen - for breakfast always rice, egg, sausages, cucumber, tomato, lek, cabbage, bread is also dosed 2 pieces per hand. In the tai poor quality of electrical equipment - in the rooms there is no hairdryer or kettle, in the hotel there is no iron, ban on using your own, fine, withdrawal - unusable wiring. Another shortage of specialists in the country? Is Thai very poorly educated?
The hotel has a nice pool. You can even buy a great South Korean-made washing machine that washes dirty laundry.
There are cockroaches.
Scrambled eggs fried in a dirty pan
tourists. If you have your own towels and your own linen, your own hairdryer, and you have no problem walking around in mint, then it's ok.

Everything is fine if not for the owner of the hotel

We vacationed with friends in this hotel from March 30 to April 8, 2024.
We arrived at the hotel at about 12 noon. We gave the hostess a package of gifts, to which she nodded happily and this was the first and last time we saw her satisfied face. There were plenty of rooms available, but we were offered to check in either now for 400 baht, or wait 14 hours. We decided to wait. In general, checking in earlier costs 200 baht per hour per room. The hostess immediately offered to take towels and go to the pool. She told us and showed us where everything was located on the hotel grounds and near the hotel.
We checked in exactly at 14.00. There were three of us adults. Large room on the second floor overlooking the pool. There was a Euro cot for the third person in the room. It was comfortable to sleep. The bed linen was clean, the room was cleaned every day. There are shampoos in the bathroom that were replenished. Every day they put one small bottle of water per person. One large towel for each person. There is a refrigerator in the room.
The hotel area is small. The area is cleaned every day. The pool is also cleaned every day. There are few sun loungers by the pool. If there are a lot of people in the hotel, there will be no place to lie. But the pool itself is very good, I think it’s even big for such a hotel. The water is cool. Bliss.
Breakfast at the hotel is the same every day. Scrambled eggs, fried rice, bread, ham, sausages, greens, tea, coffee and watermelon with pineapple. That's all, as it were. And for dessert there is also orange jam.
There is everything you need near the hotel. 7/11 store, cafes, massage parlors, Cozy Beach 10 minutes walk. Sun beds on the beach 100 baht. You can go from the beach by motor boat to the islands for 400 baht per person round trip. Pattaya center is 5 minutes by car. We used the Bolt app. The Big Buddha and the observation deck can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. It took us 5 minutes to get to the Russian market by bike. Everything is nearby. We bought a local unlimited SIM card for 7 days for 300 baht, since in the hotel Wi-Fi was sometimes available or not.
One could safely recommend this hotel and return there again, but the entire impression is spoiled by the owner of the hotel. This is a person who is always not happy with everyone. If you put a stain on the sheets, either wash it yourself or pay a fine. When cleaning, the maid takes photographs of the room and linen. I was bitten by a mosquito at night, leaving a small bloody spot. I washed it. A friend sweated at night, a small stain from dyed hair remained on the pillowcase, she washed it. No one you talk to at the hotel, everyone washes everything themselves. One woman then went and bought her own towels so that their gray towels wouldn’t get dirty. It's horrible. There was a cracked plastic chair on our balcony, and when we sat on it, it completely broke. Please note that we all don’t weigh much. They charged us a fine of 500 baht and no one cares that the chair is old and already cracked. If you like to do laundry, then go for it. I will not go to this hotel again and do not recommend it to anyone, only because of the fines on everything and the hostess of Cerberus.
