Nice resort Sun bed hogging an issue .

Overall a pleasant stay
BUT
Sun bed policy needs resolving . It hasnt changed in three years . Hotel says it's looking into it . But no real improvement .
People were clearly upset when they came to the pool only to find dozens of beds with towels on and no people at 8.30am .
The worst offender this year a couple using a homemade disability sign . They had prime position at the pool everyday .
Walked freely to and from there apartment with towels etc . Moved beds around when required .
To top it all danced for over 10 minutes at the Saturday buffet .
How was this allowed by the hotel ? A total disrespect for people with mobility issues .

Nice hotel

This hotel is really a lovely place. We have been here before but in high season fever mdr. A very beautiful garden, pool really delicious. A little crowded at breakfast but waiters were nice to help with table. Great breakfast.
Nice place by pool and no sun loungers reserved as we experienced it at previous visit in Febr.
The staff is generally nice and welcoming. Especially one of the male servants and one of the girls who stood at the egg station.
We just experienced when checking out being accused of stealing a cup, it seemed I wasn't okay. Had actually just given our cleaning wife drink money too she blames us for it. We had 2 cups in the room despite we stayed 3 people. I got a cup smashed and we paid for it, we did not drink coffee or tea afterwards, but suddenly they needed more money, I protested and they trusted us.
When booking we had booked 1 deluxe room for 2 people and 1 deluxe room for 3 people both with pool view. They had approved price mm but at check-in there was not paid for the 3 person in one room. I didn't think it was ok since booking was confirmed for us all 5. We got agreed a price not full price and they apologized that there was an error on their website.
We will definitely come back here despite the little things. The hotel is like a small oasis and when you step in all the noise from the streets disappears. You don’t have to go far to get to terminal 21, Big C, “porcebuses” to Beach Road (15 bath per person) as well as second Road. We used Bolt and got fine around in and around pattaya.

All was good, they changed our room as I was using a walking stick.We had booked a superior room with double bed however I do not feel this was of that standard, food was of good quality staff very attentive.Pool area and jacuzzi area well maintained.gardens were immaculate

Lovely hotel and staff. The pool is fantastic and gardens are beautiful. Sometimes busy to get a table undercover at breakfast but staff very helpful. The room was ok but expected nicer room as we booked superior room which said a queen size bed and single Room only had two single beds. Air con remote didn’t work so it was either off or on by the key so can’t control temperature also you had to switch tv on with buttons on side of tv as that remote also didn’t work. Someone needs to test or change batteries.
Very good location and good service. BBQ night on Saturday is particularly good with loads of variety of foods and very good entertainment duo. Will definitely return.
