Amazed
Noi the bell & driver and ofcourse all the rest of the staff, are so helpfull and kind. It is my third year at this hotel and i dont plan to change that. The bed is so soft and relaxing, the vibe is so thai and you will not want to leave. Clean and at a very good location

Comfy and welcoming staffs
The location was great, easy access to local foods and convenience store. Great customer service at the front desk and restaurant. Thank you to both staffs Ya & Kan at the buffet restaurant and the shuttle driver who drop us to Amari Phuket bar. Thank you for the warm hospitality.

An absolute gem with top-notch service!
We had an absolutely wonderful time at this hotel! Everything was top-notch, from the beautiful rooms to the excellent service.
A special shoutout goes to the hotel bar and the amazing bartenders, Bille and Tann. They are incredibly friendly, polite, and welcoming! They truly made our evenings special with their great hospitality and fantastic drinks.
