a very new, clean and spacious villa good for family. The service was excellent and the breakfast was amazing. Would recommend it without reservation.

The villa was very nice. The main building has kitchen (everything you need), dining and living room with TV, comfortable sofas and two rocking chairs. Connected to it is a spacious bedroom with king-size bed, TV and more than enough space to accommodate his belongings, as well as a large bathroom with main room including bathtub and large sink area plus separate toilet cubicle and next to it a large shower cubicle. Everything top, well maintained and clean.
The annex has a bedroom and attached bathroom. Not quite as spacious as in the main house, but totally ok. The whole as a unit with a garden and a private pool.
That's exactly how we imagined it and were absolutely happy with it. The staff nice, the small restaurant as well. Bicycles are available for free, but you will hardly use them, because the location is a bit off and there is little that would be worthwhile to reach with it. But you know that beforehand, so everything is ok. Breakfast is delivered to the room on request and was ok. The Porto De Phuket is quickly accessible by Uber or taxi, which offers numerous restaurants and shopping. Among other things, there is a supermarket offering specialities from all over the world.
We booked the villa for two nights after an extensive sailing turn and were very pleased with it. Far away from Patong, secluded, privacy is maintained and very quiet. Exactly what we wanted to finish.

Being your bug spray! The doors to the rooms don’t close properly and let the mosquitoes in. I was eaten alive during my stay to the point of PTSD. Would not recommend this property if “mosquitoes love you”
